Not boring... Clean.... Many facilities

Having spent a week in the sister hotel (Jungle Aqua Park) before checking into Sea World Resort we were left rather disappointed with this one. The rooms and facilities are rather tired and most of the staff are nowhere near as friendly, that said a few were very good.

The food was good and the animation Team was good also but the rooms have alot of problems in A/C beds and furniture is not so good

I like this hotel and really very very nice and very clean place hope to visit one mor time in my future

Staff is more than good, food is excellent, rooms and restaurant are clean all the time, room service was good. Not all rooms are well furnished. Receptionists and bellmen are totally too slow employees.

1.Room not cleaned reguarly. Three days cleaned one time. 2.staff are not professionals at all where I have requested the Bill man and finaly I got my luggage myself and all guests like me. 3. Pools are limited and not cleaned. 4.requested one more bed I got it next day. 5. Food is not good at all

We booked hard all inclusive from expedia online and the front desk person tried to make our stay soft all inclusive and we had long argument about this..

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The food was horrendous to the point that my family and I had stomachaches for almost the whole entire trip. For the price we paid, the quality of the staff, the room and even the snacks were disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst vacation I had I cut my vacation in the middle to other hotel

I really like the hotel although it is an ordinary one just 2 points should be mentioned This hotel isn't on the beach but you can use the beach of the in front hotel Food variety and quality Arenot good at all but it is a good value for price comparing the others in hurghada

4 star hotel and nice place to spend your holiday

First hello to everyone the hotel in all is good number one gardens,pools,views very good and have many water games for udelt,children second the resort is very big,clean,quite the peach isn't far , number 3 the food ..... sometimes good and sometimes average the resort have 4 restaurant different,the food is very more but the quality is average in the end the hotel is good and you will spend lovely time with your family or friends I hope I help you to choose

I really enjoyed my stay there everything was good Specially that we were able to go to all albatros resorts except the palace

It was an awful hotel I stayed in and I am not advising anyone to go there

good hotel with alot of things to do, good food,nice aqua ,good price

good price,alot of things to do ,nice 3 aqua for all ages,good food,some pool are heated

Check in after Lunch finished also beverages and ice cream in a variable times and places , you need to be pee to get what you want , Actually I feel that I had wasted my money in this hotel , regarding to visiting the beach you will feel discrimination there also you haven't any facility or real restaurant , just dirty place offers snacks and no ice cream for kids, finally the Quality of food low and the hygienic measures below the standard.

這次住得太開心了，地方大得像住豪宅一樣舒服！水上設施多到玩不夠，滑水梯和泳池超好玩，開心到不想走！健身中心很棒，設備新又齊全，運動後整個人超暢快。最讚的是大部分食物和飲料免費吃喝，美食種類多到眼花繚亂，自助餐超豐富，甜點飲料隨便拿，吃得心滿意足。服務員親切得像朋友，隨時幫忙。這裡簡直是度假天堂，輕鬆又好玩，強推給想放鬆享受的你！
