We have stayed numerous times at Embassy. This was the first time I was not pleased. I requested early check-in and that did not happen. I could not even get an answer over the phone prior to my stay. As soon as we checked in at a later time, we called front desk to report that the televisions were not functioning. We waited for about an hour and no one showed up. We took the kids to the pool and still no one had gone by to take care of the issue. The worst part of the visit was the AC. Our room was hot the entire time. It did not cool at all. Regardless of how low the temperature setting was, it remained at 76 degrees. We later heard from another resident that the entire floor was hot. On top of that only one elevator was working on our last stay and it took us about 30 minutes to catch the elevator that allowed us to check out.

Check out was at 12:00, we went down to have breakfast at 9:30. Went back to the room to use the restroom and they told me I couldn’t go back to my room. They started tto clean the room and we did not did the check out yet! We stayed in a suite that was 208 the night, I got charged 246!!! Very disappointed for the service!!!

Every time we stay at Embassy Suites, we have a pleasant and enjoyable time. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist at all times. I highly recommend Embassy Suites.

There is a new charge for parking when you stay at the hotel, the parking lot is not gated or with roof, should not charge clients for this

I LOVE THE HOTEL EXCEPT I WAS UPSET OF THE EARLY CHECK IN FEE OF $75 NEVER HAVE I PAID FOR EARLY CHECK IN & NOW PKNG FEE TOO- & TO TOP IT OFF - OUR BATHROOM SINK -I DONT KNOW IF IT WAS THE WATER OR THE SINK BUT THERE WAS A UNPLEASANT SMELL EVERY TIME YOU TURNED ON THE WATER-- I WAS IN ROOM 603
