Pool and spa timing was wierd . We stayed with family never got a chance when we are back from sightseeing its done . Kids timing was more difficult to use . Not worth the money .staff was nice

The spa was amazing with lots of unique water features! The staff was friendly and the property was clean and tidy. Great beach resort!

Amazing staff and super location

We had a nice week at this hotel a lovely relaxing pool nice spa and massage too! Breakfast is fine but the restaurant evening meal options are poor also the service was extremely slow we waited 45mins for dinner to come after ordering so did others!! Very small portions and little vegan or veggie options for my wife! The restaurant on the beach is good for lunch!

Excellent resort place in Italy. It’s small hotel, old building, very well maintained. Located in small town has everything you need for relax and quiet environment around. A lot of potential activities around: great swimming pool outside, private beach at the sea with restaurants and bar. Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments. Excellent service all around. Huge park area nearby for morning walks or biking. Great breakfast, good restaurants around. Very friendly staff, English speaking. I would be happy to recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Good Spa

The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. The bathroom needed a bit of an update missing grout between tiles etc. The staff were very helpful albeit reception not quite so much. There was lots we had to find out for ourselves. They could do with leaving some information about where everything is and rules etc in the rooms as I had to go on the website and ask the staff where possible. Didn’t have a clue how to get to the pools, there are some signs but not so clear. I would recommend the hotel though but don’t expect 5 star conditions everywhere. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We stayed 3 days, wouldn’t want to stay much longer.

We loved the buffet breakfast - dinner had a bad experience as manager made us feel really uncomfortable when we asked if they had steaks and made a huge deal of how difficult is was to serve us their Florentine steak- no nice dining room for dinner -Spa pools were amazing

Beautiful beachfront hotel great for families! Two playgrounds on the beach and the rooms are a decent size. Only stayed for one night so weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities but would love to go back if we find ourselves in the area again!

A traditional hotel with excellent service throughout. It's not cheap but you do get a lot of extras in the room price such as juices and water replaced every day, free use of the spa pools etc (not treatments), a private beach with towels, loungers, chairs etc. We had a classic room which was on the small side but it still had everything that we needed including good WiFi, slippers and soft fluffy bathrobes, safe etc. The bathroom was also well appointed with a bath and a separate shower, lots of shelves, good lighting, toiletries etc. A really good breakfast was included in the room price which had an extensive choice to suit all tastes. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance also. Drinks and snacks at the hotel are on the pricey side but they served a large plate of hors d'oeuvres with a drink at the bar! All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Great spa with sea water, should stay open a bit later, at least for weekends...

Visiting local Super Tuscan wineries made this the perfect hotel for our family. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. We fell in love with the Great wines and with this oasis on the coast. We enjoyed the lovely community just out the door. This is a first class property with a first class staff in a first class spa.

The best time as always there! Me and my wife last went 4 years ago and it is the same. Absolutely brilliant!

A little overpriced but overall a decent hotel. For us it was perfect for a night but not enough to do for a longer period - unless you really enjoy spending your holiday lying on sun-beds (which we don't). Outdoor swimming pool was lovely but could do with some music to create some atmosphere. Hotel was very clean in a beautiful pine tree setting. Breakfast was good. Only real complaint was that we both found the mattress very comfortable and woke up with stiff necks/backs!

Awesome spa facilities - unique. It was near the end of their season so it was very quiet and therefore lacked a bit of atmosphere for us. However, it lived up to expectations. We chose the hotel for a few days relaxation before sight seeing in Florence.

Nice clean hotel with an excellent spa and access to a nice private beach. The room was extremely small with no sitting area. The thermostat in the room was non-functional and control of the temperature had to me made by request to the front desk staff. Despite many attempts to get them to make it cooler room (which was uncomfortably warm for sleeping), the room temperature never changed. A nice place to stay at the beach but definitely not 5 star.
