It was quite and good breakfast

The room was in ok condition, my earphone dropped off under the bed... I found dust (a lot of it) and there were 2 remote control underneath

Fiendlu staff and spacious clean accommodation

All staff at Gamma Vizcaya was friendly & helpful. Edgar the bell boy was very nice & helpful. Housekeeping staff were very friendly & always kept our room clean & with clean towels The restaurant had great dining options. Will definitely consider staying there next time we visit Durango.

good customer service

2 different rooms booked on different days and both tv remote controls had dead batteries and were very dirty. The restaurant owned by the hotel had a very rude woman answering the phone for room service. She sounded bothered and annoyed. Also, when I left at 5am I had to open the gates myself to get out since they were all closed and no personnel anywhere. This is no longer a Best Western.

Room was very clean, hot shower and air conditioning was adequate. Staff was very accommodating. The free breakfast was modest but fresh and plentiful. I got my money’s worth.

Easy to enter, restaurant on the premises, free breakfast and attached to a shopping plaza.

Nice big room with a king size bed. Easy, secure parking and friendly staff. It's a bit of a maze to our room, so they had a guide take us there. He disappeared before we could tip him. It is about a 45 minute walk to the Pancho Villa museum, but lots to look at on the way there. Most of the restaurants in the area are Chinese, and there's a Carl's Jr really close. Also really close to a Soriana grocery store. Breakfast in the morning was table-served in the property's restaurant scrambled eggs, frijoles, potatoes & cream, toast, coffee and orange juice.

A 4 star hotel at a 2 star price. Highly recommend

I love the hotel very convenient located in an area where I can get in and get out easily the only thing that I really had issues with parking as this limited right by the room. But overall it was a great day
