Great staff, very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Appreciated the underground parking.

A very nice stay in Biel. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided extra towels and coffee pods on request and the staff were very helpful. The only small issue was the sauna was not working properly as there was low heat but otherwise the stay was very good.

It is a great hotel… What I was missing was softer pillow, beside the relatively hard pillows… The price was definitely on the high side!!!

Good hotel in the centre of Biel, rooms are clean but small and breakfast might be improved, dinner is nice!

This was by far the most disappointing experience. We got to the hotel & just left our bags & immediately left to see the city. When we got back we had the time to check on the conditions of the room & noticed that it was dirty. Found some hair on the bathtub and pillows, the floor was sticky. We know this things can happen & thats why we approached the lady on the front desk. She offered to change rooms but told us they would make a downgrade bc they didnt have any rooms like the one we paid for available. We agreed to it but also asked about the fee difference between the rooms & they told us not to worry about it, that they’d find a solution. After the 3 nights, at checkout time we asked about it again. They brought the very unprofessional rude manager to tell us that they wouldn’t be refunding the fee difference because our new room was a “complete mess”. We are delicate & careful people & don’t like leaving our stuff all over the room, so we always leave our stuff well packed and locked. We let them know this couldnt be our case. Even if it was, it is their job to clean the room bc they charge you a fee for that & has nothing to do with receiving as a new guest a clean room. We also let him know about this. And this is when he started talking to us in an aggressive way, telling us to “not behave like animals” referring to how we were complaining & demanding an actual solution. Also called us “sensitive people from Spain” when we’re not even Spanish. FULL REVIEW ON GOOGLE

The Hotel has no room service. The cleaning lady entered in my room without knocking. The restaurant does not open every day. The breakfast is not on self-service mode. They tried to charge parking fees on me. I had no car. They tried to make me pay the entire fee twice (check-in and check-out) and it was already paid. Quality of the air inside the room is horrible, creating lot of caugh. It is definitely not a 4 stars.

Room service claimed it was 24 hrs and it was not. The food was also a tv dinner that was warmed in the microwave for 8 mins i know because it said it on the box. Tv dinner was 15 dollars . Also they cut all current/light at 12am the first night I was there. Breakfast was below aaverage. Besides this staff was really nice.

The stay was really nice and the room at the Hotel was very comfortable, and the fact the we could checkout around 14:00pm was a life saver! So the overall stay was excellent.

Good location in central Biel/Bienne. Room and bathroom were ok. Price reasonable. Underground parking available at a cost - awkward remote control, tight to get in, but helpful as parking nearby can be difficult

Hotel told us that we could only stay for one night even though we had booked and paid for 2 nights 2 months in advance , after exspensive calls to hotels.com the hotel finally agreed that it was their mistake ! Very stressful as My daughter was a teenager in a foreign country!
