Charming with beautiful garden at a quiet edge of Santiago. Would come again

Beautiful hotel, close to everything.

The hotel is far from a five star property. The common areas are very nice and the restaurant had great food. The location is slightly outside the center, which makes for a quiet location. Unfortunately, the rooms are dated. The bed was rackety, the pillows hard synthetic material and the bathtub/shower builder grade cheap materials, and not that well cleaned at that. We arrived late and had a restaurant reservation, so the person at the desk suggested we leave our luggage at the desk and go eat first - a reasonable suggestion, however, in most hotels of this caliber, they would bring the luggage to your room for you. Overall, we would not stay there again.

Hotel was excellent. However every hotel (from simple to luxurious) has a tea or coffee setup in the room. This hotel does not. And if you make the trip down to pick up a cup of tea they charge you $3.00. That’s GREEDY.

Property and room was great. Staff were wonderful. Food un restaurant was outstanding. I didn’t like that the price doubled because there was a conference in town

Breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel layout, cafe and hallway are neat. Garden will be good to relax in warm weather.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet area but just 7 minutes walk to the amazing cathedral and square . Great room overlooking the gardens with a side view of the cathedral. Spacious room with great facilities and very comfortable bed. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Great food.
