I arrived at 5.30am from my 13 hour flight they said i could get a early check in but i kept going up and asking and the room was not done till 3.30pm. We put the sign saying to service the room at 9am got back at 4pm room was still not done with no toilet paper no water and no towels. The drinks were very watered down. Was hopping for better everything when staying at the Hilton

Everyone was sooooo nice. Room was clean beds were very comfy, food was great as well.

Cannot say enough about this place. The staff are professional and so lovely. We had an ocean view room. It was large and beautiful with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable with excellent service throughout the resort. … Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring – it made us feel right at home from the very first moment. We would definitely stay again! Vinaka!!!

Overall we had a positive experience staying at the Hilton resort: staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The resort is small, which is a plus, as we could walk everywhere in little time. Golf cars are circulating all the time, so it's also easy to get a lift. There are only 3 restaurants in the resort and one is adults only. The various pools are very kid friendly and the accommodation options spacious and well air conditioned. Gardens and greenery are fantastic. On the slightly negative side, the facilities in general are a bit old and some would require some maintenance.

Spacious, clean, best experience ever in price vs. what you get. Staff friendly and goes above and beyond. Family or couple, there no going wrong with the Hilton.

Room was relatively clean. We had to kill several ants throughout the room over 3 days. Daily breakfast buffet lacked variety. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They prompted answered calls from the hotel room.

Bathroom area was a little tired in places. Otherwise as expected.

The rooms were clean. The restaurants were wonderful, but the thing that stuck out the bit most was how friendly and kind the staff is. I think these are the most happiest people I’ve ever met. Wonderful stay thank you.

Booked a Kitchenette room, water heater in bathroom very noisy went on everytime someone in our block used hot water. Late at night and early in morning nightmare. Laundry not plumbed in, had to ask for it Pool area was lovely but wont be going back. Room needs an upgrade.Expedia need to check quality of resorts

I had a great time, the room was beautiful with the most spectacular bathroom. The ocean front view was literally on the beach, steps from the sand and ocean. They kept everything well stocked. The food was delicious with a good variety and great prices. It was not an overcrowded hotel and just one mile from the marina. I had my best vacation ever and I’ve taken plenty. The people are extremely friendly.

Hotel was ok. rooms are spacious, bathroom is spacious. Though sink had a crack - esthetically didn't look great for Hilton level hotel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Overall, good stay - nice beach - excellent team/service.
