It was a beautiful hotel the staircase was amazing the only thing that was missing was the check in they couldn’t find our reservation which was really stressful I suffer with anxiety and when they couldn’t find it I panicked they didn’t do anything to relieve this they just made it worse by saying I’m not booked in even though I had confirmation and had spoke to the hotel previously telling them I would be late checking in they didn’t work well under pressure and was a little unprofessional but apart from that was a beautiful hotel would definitely stay here again ❤️

Room pretty old for this kind of price. Location conveniently located arnd center area.

Not great for parking unless you phone ahead. Car park is tight. Anything bigger that a Fiat 500 and you are in for some fun

It wasn’t a 4 star, it was a 2 star hotel, very dated, the rooms were NOTHING like the pictures on the site! Infested with flies from the river, very rude service when I wanted some spray for the flies, I was told there was nothing they could do! I eventually got a different room on my last night, the bath didn’t work, the maintenance man had to tell reception. I had to chase reception about it, all they said was someone’s coming to fix it tomorrow, I said I’m leaving tomorrow! How convenient! My 2nd room had an awful view & what sounded like bottle bins kept me up very early morning, bearing in mind I hadn’t slept for 3 nights now because of fly infestation, flying on me during the nights!

We had a corner room with a great river view for 3 adults. The shower seems to have molds on the wall. The room needs to be updated.

The hotel is convenient to the Lourdes shrine. The decor of the rooms appear to have been updated recently.

Convenience and proximity to the Grotto. Nearby restaurants. Room is updated. But the breakfast buffet is not worth 17 euros and the food is not well put together or tasty.

Staff is kind and it’s so clear to everything. It was hot weather however, and the AC didn’t work. We just opened a window and it was enough to be comfortable. Would go again for the location.

The best location short walk to all major points of interest. Staff are very happy and attentive. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel and I will definetly be back for a longer stay in 2014.

Parking was very tight and difficult. Meals were soso. Dining room was very noisy.

I’ve stayed at the property many times before, but this time, whereas there has been enormous improvements with the foyer and reception area. The menu was small, hugely expensive service was slow. The bedroom was more like a hostel bedroom. It was so small that the armchair was by my bed so I couldn’t get out. I asked them to remove the armchair which was not done. There was no shampoo, it really was like being in a hostel, I would never go back

I have been to Lourdes many times. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff were amazing and helpful. Every inch of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The pool was great to relax in. I will be definitely book this hotel every time I go. Thank you for a wonderful 5 days.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Lourdes. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly return. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so clean. I’m particularly fussy and this hotel was perfect.

The hotel is okay. We stayed in a room right next to the river so the view was great. However the room was dated and although it was supposed to be a double room it had an extra single bed which made it crowded in the room. The parking lot is very difficult to get to and had an unsafe entrance especially for motorcycles. It has a steep ramp with sharp turns and it is painted grey. The top of the ramp gets wet making the whole situation extremely un safe. After much arguments about why I could not safely park a large motorcycle there, they did eventually offer me a spot in an outside parking lot of another hotel they had down the street.

We did not stay on this hotel , they transferred us to another hotel.
