Dirty floors, pillows and beds uncomfortable, something in room made eyes itchy and dry, couldn’t regulate temperature in room. Will not book here again

Hilton sent me a message on Expedia saying I can download their app and use that for contactless check in. However it never worked so when I checked in I asked the staff why I couldn’t use that feature and she said cause I booked through Expedia….would be good to have this sorted out or at least not sending Expedia bookers instructions that don’t apply for them. Was annoying and confusing to try to figure out the app only for me not to be able to use it anyways. When you’re traveling you don’t have time to mess around with these types of things.

We thought that the breakfast was included in the price. Breakfast was quite extensive for what it offered as a buffet.

Remote location without anything around except the Holiday Inn.

The restaurant was less than desirable. The restaurant was to close at 10:00pm but at 9:45 they were cashing out. Advised delivery options were very expensive, slow delivery and lousy food. Morning breakfast was ok but coffee options terrible.

I would’ve been more comfortable sleeping on the parking lot on the ground. There was pubic hair on a face cloth that I almost washed my face with. No these were not my pubes. Let’s just say, never again.

No daily room cleaning.

Went for breakfast at 9:00 am, waited for 20 minutes and was told the restaurant was closing. Kitchen staff standing around in the back and the poor server was running around trying to collect the dirty plates that were everywhere. Couldnt get breakfast, people couldnt get their bills. When i arrived they wouldnt give me a hotel key.

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. The shuttle to the airport was frequent and very convenient

At 245 a night one adult i think breakfast could’ve been included. And coffee on my way out was empty . Waited 15 minutes with no refills even if people have ask for another one .

They ding you 2.50 for water bottles that are complimentary in other hotels...
