Better commucation

Great getaway for our anniversary. The Wharf was excellent. So much to do.

We absolutely enjoy our vacation at Sandestin Resort. It is never a disappointment. Very safe and clean place for our family.

Wonderful property

The whole experience was great. Clean and spacious, very accommodating.

Dripping water from ceiling Bathroom door not closing Staff pretty rude when iasked about our room or the beach location

The rooms are very outdated, they shouldn’t be renting them at all to anyone

Area was great. Bunch of amenities. Bayside hotel/condo was outdated.

The room wasn’t as described in the booking picture with the room have mold as seen in the picture attached while also having damaged furniture while also the smell of cigarettes around the room. Won’t be coming back here, worst experience ever

Fresh towels is all you get by way of housekeeping. We were all the way on the other side of the resort so beach access wasn’t great. It was very quiet and relaxing which was a big part of what we were looking for.

Always an amazing trip each and every time we’ve gone!

The service was great. The people were very friendly and helpful.

This was our second trip to the Sandestin Resort. The condo was great! We'll be back next July! I can't wait.

My toilet wasn’t working they came and fixed it. I had the same issue

We were told we could go to any pool on the property but was not allowed. The pool we were allowed to go to was super crowded and people were finding TONS of DEAD LITTLE FISH at the bottom of the pool! It took us almost an hour to find our room. We were unaware these were individually owned condos and were therefore under condominium guidelines. The check in people were incredibly unhelpful and rude. The dryer wouldn't dry our clothes and one of the burners on the stove didn't work. There was only one elevator working for the Fourth of July weekend. It was a TERRIBLE experience and we will definitely not make the mistake of staying here again.

The Bungalo accommodations were so much better than expected! We plan to return!

Love the area with shops and restaurants and love the shuttle to the beach though I'd prefer to stay on the beach next time.

Extraordinary venue, amenities at the beach were a nice touch. Small side note, our room bed and other items could use an upgrade.

Property was clean and convenient. The bed was comfortable which in my opinion is a MUST for a vacation. We loved the beach that is apart of sandestin! We are hoping to come back again next year.
