It was a good stay. However, I'm disappointed that you need to pay for the parking even though it's already an expensive hotel. Also, there's nothing you can do outside.

Every attention to detail. Very helpful with a couple of requests. Staff were exemplary. Breakfast great. Even though I was there for 4 breakfasts I could not try everything, never mind any other requests such as omelettes and any other whim a customer might have wanted. The 4 Reception staff who we spoke to over the days we were there. All staff seemed happy in their work, even the workman said good morning. The staff sorting breakfast were lovely - Claire, Nicky and Mate (not sure I’ve spelt that correctly) young man on duty Sunday morning (31.05.26). Good facilities in room - luxury products, fridge, safe, enormous bed, bathroom good size for us. Might not be best venue for smaller children - there were few little ones the first couple of days. Would definitely stay again.

Good friendly and efficient check in. Room good and clean, Bar was a it chaotic early evening but the staff were very pleasant. Did not try the restaurant.

Room was clean quiet and had a small patio breakfast was great everything you could want .

Parking space available, quick check in, helpful and pleasent staff, rooms very clean. A.c working and supplied with ironing board etc.

Had a good stay at the Hilton in Cobham, lovely room although was pretty warm and when we opened the window it was quite noisy outside. Didn’t get the complimentary water and chocolate in the room like we did at the Hilton in Woking. Food and drink were really good and nice to be able to sit outside as well. We were disappointed that we had to pay for the car park as should really be included in the price. Would stay again though

I only stayed one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and spacious, the meal in the restaurant was very good as was the room service breakfast.

Clean room, quiet and good access to motorway

Clean and modern room. Couldn’t adjust the temperature as settings and timings were locked.

Room was clean and we were able to use the facilities before checking in.

Terrible chaos at breakfast!!! Room had no drinking water and empty tissues box in bathroom. Nothing in mini fridge.

Staff went above and beyond, Breakfast was spot on, Very happy with the stay, Would definitely stay at this Hilton again
