Room was very clean. use of the waterpark was a great bonus.

Rooms are very clean with nice views, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was also very nice and priced responsibly.

Good location, just a 4 minute walk to Ild Town. The room was small and basic but clean. The room was good enough to sleep in but not a good place to spend much time. The breakfast buffett was nice and was well attended by the staff. The pool area was a nice daily break but only a few chairs in the pool area. There were only 2 lounge chairs. For a hotel with "Spa" in the name, the spa was very disappointing. We tried to book a massage as soon as the office opened on our first day. We could not get an appointment during any of the 4 days of our stay. The hotel is good for a short stay and to enjoy the pool but we I would bot choose it for a spa vacation.

Surprisingly small room and very small bed. The double bed for two people is not comfortable. The room is clean and the bathroom is good. The spa facilities look quite old. And even at breakfast there are not enough tables so people have to wait. So for a 4 star hotel I would give 3 points out of 5. .

Nice property with great breakfast. Only issue is WiFi is bad…..slow and constant disconnects. If not for this issue which is important for us it would have been five stars.

Idéal stay for a sporty and relaxing retreat with family or in couple .

Centrally located…Nice Staff….Excellent breakfast selection. Very convenient for ferry travel to Helsinki as it is walking distance from Port of Tallinn Terminal A.

Good location, walkable distance to old town, good breakfast. Rooms are a little bit updated, small washroom, bed is not comfortable with no option for pillows.

it's definitely not what i would call a 4 star hotel. Everything was clean and basic, the breakfast was amazing and so was the waterpark but other than that it was average
