Breakfast was amazing! Great healthy options with side nipples of sweetness. The Italian restaurant near the lobby was as close to Italy that I’ve ever had out of Italy. The staff was absolutely the best! Friendly, kind, and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel for your Helsinki stay!

Delicious breakfast - everything you could want

Breakfast was great. Location perfect. Need more room for suitcases and clothes. Its so challenging to dig in a suitcase when travelling for 2 weeks with nowhere to unload it. For us there were 2 full size suitcases.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, 15 to the harbor. Also, a great breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Very accessible because tram is in front of the hotel.

Overall, hotel was good. Safe did not work. Maintenance not available during my stay. Was told there were no other rooms to switch to even though I could have booked one online.

From the minute I was welcomed arriving at 1:30am to the minute I left, I felt that the customer service here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was great, the bed was ao comfortable, and the breakfast included was amazing - lots of vegan or vegetarian options. The staff wven gave us a mini tour of what is and what isn't vegan/vegetarian! Spectacular experience! Thank you so much to all the staff who I taked with.
