Room was ok, breakfast was excellent, has a full featured restaurant with great choices as well. Location easy to reach and has plenty of parking, within walking distance of City center (20-30 mins)

For one day was perfect

the property just felt a little tired very basic although it's good value for money.

It was a normal room, a bit old but otherwise good price for what it was! I would stay here again!

The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate of sweet potato fries. The sauna and gym were appalling. The sauna basically didn't work or couldn't get up to temperature and all the games (tennis, bowling) cost extra. Finally we didn't have a car which I now know was a mistake. Not the hotel's fault, but travel to Zutphen was terrible and confusing, with two buses an hour that go away from the hotel.

Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay.

Very average hotel. Not 4 star. Great for older people who want to play sport. Very dated. Its clean and was ok for what we needed it for.

Excellent helpful staff with good English

Good hotel with plenty to do to stay healthy. I personally only use the pool but was available at the times I needed it. I stayed here for work as my usual hotel was not available. I enjoyed the food and the facilities so I will be returning

Hotel is more a sport centre with tennis,squash,pool,bowling.Rooms are bit small but ok.No balcony.Staff is friendly and it is quiet at night. Dinner and breakfast are good.Hotel is located in industrial area you cannot walk to centre.

I only needed a place to sleep and a place to eat if I wanted it and this was great in both areas. Clean, safe and easy it made my work all the better.

Overall nice room although a bit small (executive room), clean and comfortable bed.

Prima hotel, vriendelijke personeel

It was oke and we had a great time.

Het hotel is een wat ouder model, maar voor ons was het prima. Het ontbijt was goed, het personeel vriendelijk en de kamer schoon. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt, dus dat kan ik niet beoordelen. De gratis en ruime parkeergelegenheid vind ik altijd een pluspunt.

Prima hotel, gedateerd wel. Goed bereikbaar. De kamer was 's nachts wel benauwd. Kon hierdoor niet goed slapen. Het was die dagen ook boven de 25°C, begin mei, maar toch. Raam open hielp nauwelijks met een hor erin.
