Terrible stay, no phone, no refrigerator in the room, no kettle, no water, no coffee, the bathroom in terrible condition, the water did not go through the drain after shower, I asked many times to fix this issue without any response, I do not recommend this hotel.

We were overcharged instead of 92TND,we were asked to paid 100TND

For a 3 star hotel it barely makes 1 star. Everything is dated and barely working. On enquiring why my room had no telephone I was told that none of the rooms have telephones and the receptionist gave me his mobile number.

staff is terrible No assistance even to get a taxi You handle your own language it was my first and definitely the last as I was quite disappointed with the way staff treating guests!

It was a comfortable and convenient location. The first night the fire alarm went off at 2 am - and we had no idea what to do but by the time we realized what was going on it had all stopped. Went off again the next morning - just an issue with the floor we were in it seemed. It was fixed after that so enjoyed more peaceful nights. the bed was quite hard but sufficient. Good value for money.

Finding a taxi was often difficult, Overall the people were friendly and helpful, and the price seemed reasonable.

The hotel unclean at all, and pictures are completely different from what we have seen, I will not book from this website anymore. I was trust this website for long-term but will no longer

Simply put, the worst hotel experience ever, receptionists are unprofessional, they couldn't figure my reservation, told me the hotel is full n literally asked me to leave when I have already been charged for the room...then gave me the room after I insisted they should check.. Found the hotel closed when goin back after a night out, had to wait fo some1 to open the door, next morning, there was no water in the whole hotel, no body cared abt it.. To avoid at all costs.Im never coming back.

Worst hotel ever. No refrigerator no phone work. Room dirty. Air conditioning system hot. A standard room for 80$. Parking for only 4 cars lol. After check in you will stay 2 hours for available room. Hotel in center but seem Old. I pay 80$ without gave me breakfast at my room I'll never book again
