Noisy and uncomfortable.

Very nice and clean apartment! Has everything you need, pleasant front door staff. 1 min walk to the bus stop! Would definitely stay again if visiting

Perfect location and rooms

Breakfast is not worth. They have given in the takeaway cover.

I have stayed here three times and will continue to do so on my future trips to Stavanger! I love the restaurant and proximity to public transportation. I would like if the help desk number was easier to use and the rooms came with some cleaning supplies.

Great location and just 15 minutes walk to the ciry centerwirh some rstaurants and supermarket nearby. The room is clean and quite. Sraff are very friendly snd helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights. There is a parking garage literally next door of the hotel which is convenient and a grocery store just down the street. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the main centre. Contrary to the description when we booked there is actually someone at the front desk until 11:00 pm which was great as we arrived after 9:00 pm. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant. The only complaint would be the limit on getting new fresh towels or any house keeping as it is only done on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and anything else is an additional fee. Otherwise we would stay there again.

The Frogner House was wonderful. It's an easy walk to center of Stavanger or there's a bus stop right outside the door to get you to other locations using public transport. Grocery and restaurants are nearby including a restaurant in the Frogner House.

Really nice, modern little apartment, close to old Stavanger and the people who worked there were so nice, including those who checked us in and out and the restaurant staff. Bread, pastries, coffee and gelato right in the lobby were all excellent. The only slight concern was no ventilation in the bathroom, no town rack or hook, and one window was broken, so in our roomy kitchen, sitting room and bathroom we had no ventilation or air flow at all. Not good with food, sleep (on the pull-out couch), showers and other bathroom activities occurring with no fan and no working window. It got a little warm and uncomfortable at times. The separate bedroom had a working window, so that helped. Some small, easy repairs will make this place close to perfect! We really liked it.

The apartment was clean, quiet, the view was lovely out over the water and the staff were all avilable and helpful. The bathroom and kitchen were amply supplied which made the stay feel like home away from home. Frogner's is not far from the center of town and within walking distance. The bus stop is also conveniently located just in front of Frogner's so getting to and from downton or the Sola Airport by bus is a breeze.

The self check in process didn’t work when there’s a delay in arrival. The system didn’t acknowledge my booking and I had to wait 1-½ hrs to get help from the offsite security.

Simple, a little run down, but clean.

The studio apartments are well equipped. The lobby has been remodeled and has a variety of foods. Remember to bring your own was cloths, considered a personal item in Norway.

Great property, well located, self check in was a hassle, but duty management looked after the issues that came up.

Great value. The room standard was good, it looked like some parts have been recently upgraded. There was a great mini kitchen with everything we needed where we could cook. The bathroom was okay. We had an issue with the window that was fixed right away, so quick service. Some noise from the road outside, but not that loud. Central and convenient location. Would definitely consider booking again.

Tge apartment was very clean and furnished with modern furnitures, all to make your stay in an apartment hotel was there. Few minutes work to the city centre. I will strongly recommend it.
