Great location and highly recommend!

It was a great hotel to chill out at

Construction EVERWHERE inside and outside. We literally had a bulldozer outside of our window at 7:30 in the morning. We were never warned about that, and when I mentioned that to the desk clerk, she was rude and flippant. This hotel is way too expensive for what it offers. Unless things improve in a major way, I can not recommend.

Clean room and fancy bar!

Clean & comfortable hotel, especially the bed & pillows. A good sized room with a kitchen area with a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave & plates, silverware, etc. The on-site BBQ restaurant was delicious and quick service. For skiers, ski in/ski out with lockers would be great. Although not walkable to downtown, the hotel shuttle runs till 10:30 pm. The pool/hot tub area is going under a complete renovation this winter & will surely be fantastic when finished. Construction did not annoy me as it has to be done & I was out discovering the town during the day when work was going on. The room could use a little bit updating, but overall a great stay.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this hotel we weren’t expecting much but the service the staff were hands-down, a 5+ rated. They went above and beyond and providing amazing service.. The coffee was an added bonus.

Very nice property at the base of Buttermilk ski area. Hotel is well-maintained, convenient, and also has a free shuttle to downtown Aspen. We especially enjoyed the auto-espresso/hot drink machine in the lobby. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and cleaned early in the day which I liked. No issues with anything. Good job!

Friendly staff

Clean room, friendly helpful staff.

Property was beautiful and the shuttle to Aspen and back was free. Cleaning staff wasn’t great, room was often not cleaned and we kept having to go to the front desk for towels
