Great hotel for families. My kids (9 and 10) had too much fun. We all enjoyed the hotel activities and especially the free water sports (banana boat, kayaking…)

I booked 2 superior bungalows and the guy in the reception put us in standard rooms claiming that there is no availability. After showing him that I am totally disappointed and I would cancel my trip, he offered me a 2 standard bungalows on spot. Take care while you are dealing with them in the reception... Other than that, everything is perfect in the hotel i.e. food, service... etc

Excellent for Family with kids. Djerba one of the best in the World. Clean beaches, nice weather, tasty food.

Rooms are too humid. The specialty restaurants have very limited space. We couldn't find a spot eventhough we tried to reserve from the first day we arrived. The majority of rooms have only single beds; thus couples can't sleep together. Very limited number of towels in the rooms. Food is average.

Super secure, The food is excellent, staff super friendly, themes and animation excellent and very entertaining. What I didn't like is that The property is supposed to be family oriented but all the triple rooms are at the end of the resort which make us take long walks from beach to room in the heat and it is not pleasant. Double rooms are super small even to fit a crib. Showers are slippery which might be harmful for kids

The stay overall was excellent. Very clean hotel with great amenities and excellent service. Also the hotel is all inclusive for a very fair amount of money. Staff are very attentive.

Friends booked into Meridiana and for my second week I switched to that hotel which was a BIG mistake. There is no comparison- Magic life Penelope hotel is a real resort with excellent food, service and top rate entertainment. It is also truly all inclusive where Meridiana has rude, aggressive staff, the grounds are unkrpt, the food is only fair and always the same. I wish I never switched hotels it was a huge mistake. I am thinking of going back to hotel Penelope for my last couple of days as hotel Meridiana is miserable, the staff are obviously unhappy. It's such a big contrast with Penelope Magic Life where everyone is happy, truly welcoming and very sincere and genuinely hope your visit enjoyable. Unfortunately I paid Meridiana in full I wish I could cancel the rest of the days here. Hotels.com should take this hotel off their selection it reflects badly on hotels.com which normally I have always booked with. Meridiana hotel is completely false advertising everything is falling apart including the ladder to the pool which is an accident waiting to happen. The indoor pool is closed and the children's pool is half filled and the water park pool is closed - from the moment I arrived in the taxi the front gate security was rude and gruff. It is shocking the contrast between Pe elope which is amazing in every way and the horrible Meridiana. Penelope hotel is 5 star!!!

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage, die schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Auswahl beim Buffet ist gut, das Essen ok, allerdings zu den Hauptzeiten recht chaotisch. Das Entertainment ist super, das Sportangebot ansprechend und die Kinderbetreuung super!

La base nautique.

Bien que l hotel soit très bien entretenu et accueillant, les chambres sont bruyantes, elles ne sont pas insonorisées et les murs sont très fins (on entend les cris et les pleurs dans le couloir, les portes qui claquent, les enfants qui courent, les gens qui rentrent de soirée, les valises, le voisin qui ronfle, la musique est très forte.) Côté gastronomie, ne vous attendez pas à avoir de la qualité. J'avais choisi cet hôtel exprès pensant pouvoir bien manger, quelle déception... alors oui vous avez du choix, mais la cuisine est fade. Les fruits nont pas de goût, les gateaux sont industriels. Il n y a meme pas moyen d avoir un jus de fruit frais, c'est du concentré en distributeur. Côté animation, je n'ai pas d'avis car nous étions toujours à l'extérieur mais il y avait pas mal d activites proposées. Avec le all inclusive vous avez les boissons inclusez, ne tentez pas l'expérience d'un cocktail vous serez décus. Si vous pensez vous reposer, passez votre chemin, le jour et la nuit c'est bruyant (et je vous parle en hors saison...) Conclusion : je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel et ne paierais pas autant à votre place, car il y a mieux ailleurs et moins cher surtout.

Séjour d’une semaine en famille au top ! Personnel très disponible et à l’écoute L’hôtel est magnifique pour des vacances en famille et dispose d’une belle plage et d’une aire de jeux pour les enfants en bas âge Les piscines avec toboggans sont pour tout âge et nous ne sommes pas déçus à refaire avec plaisir 👍

An der Sauberkeit im Restaurant ( Tische eindecken) und die Reinungskraft , die für den Bungalow zuständig ist muss verbessert werden . Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub. Das Personal war sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen.

War ein schöner Familien Urlaub.
