Staff was very helpful and friendly. They took care us like family. Shout out to the front desk, they thought of things for us before we did.

Hotel was close to a small town (15 minute walk) good restaurants. We also rented a quad and saw the rest of Santorini Oia and Fira with lovely restaurants, shopping and galleries

Wonderful! From A-Z this property is very well maintained and the service is warm and friendly. Strongly suggest not to come here with children since the vibe is amazing and kids will only destroy it plus thisxis not really a hotel for young kids. 15 and older sounds ok to me. Very accommodating staff. Astonishing views far away from everything.

The property is beautiful but the terracotta/ orange sand that blew in from the desert was all over the floor in our room. Our luggage being wheeled in, also carried the orange sand into our room, so our socks and feet turned orange. When I went to use a very white towel, there was a dark “something” folded into it. I thought it was a bug. Thankfully when my husband checked, it turned out to be granola that wasn’t cleaned in their wash.

Amazing hotel! Very clean and modern. Staff was incredible from beginning to end. This hotel is a must. It’s right in between Fira and Oia. Perfect location, peaceful and beautiful. Shout out to Maggie at the hotel bar who gave us wonderful recommendations and Nic at the front desk who was so kind and helpful. They take pride in keeping their hotel top notch. Make sure to book a catamaran tour!!

We had an amazing stay. When we arrived I was a bit disappointed in the view from our room. The manager, wanted our experience to be special, and changed our room and it was breathtaking. Staff wonderful, food fabulous. Rate this place 10/10…

Lovely hotel, great staff, cool pool bar/restaurant area. Could use a bit of TLC on outdoor areas (other than pool deck). Terraces and balconies for the suites were pretty dingy and dirty

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Everyone was so helpful. You do have to travel to Oia and Fira. Enjoyed the accommodation and the view.

The view from the hotel was amazing. Stunning sunsets. The staff was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Would like to have had small wash clothes, maybe just an American thing. My only complaint would be that the dining and bar facilities were not open yet for our stay on May 1 to May 4, 2025. Neither were the pool and spas. This was not disclosed to us before securing our reservation.

It was a pleasure to have such a positive experience at Rocabella suites The service was exceptional and truly made a difference the staff was nice.Their bed was comfortable the food taste very beautiful I appreciate the attention to detail and the commitment to quality. I am very satisfied with the overall outcome. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others seeking a similar experience.

The hotel is located on a hill and is far from the main tourist areas so will need transportation to get there. The room was amazing with beautiful views from the balcony in the bathroom overlooking sunrise and breathtaking views from the front balcony overlooking the sunset. On arrival Giorgos came to the car and assisted with taking our luggage up the little hill to the reception. He explained that reception is only open till 6 pm but offered communication through WhatsApp which was great. Upon check in,we saw that our plunge pool was very dirty. We asked it to be cleaned and were advised that it was recently cleaned and stuff get to it due to wind. We settled in and were going to use the pool and then noticed tiny little fish swimming in it. Told the reception and they cleaned it while we were out. They left a complimentary bottle of wine for us as an apology which was really appreciated. Later we noticed our cards were not working to open the door. Communicated this via WhatsApp and they sent someone right away to open our door. They provided their number for us to call upon coming back late at night so they could open our door with the master key as they could not reset the key. We came back around 1 am and called the individual and he informed us that he had left a key for us in the front patio. Breakfast is done via preorder. We chose what we wanted and sent it to reception via WhatsApp and was delivered on the dot and amazing. Giorgos was amazing. Highly recommend.

It’s slow season so many things are closed, including the restaurant and other amenities. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Mike works at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Any minor issues were corrected immediately. The whole island was very empty which is great to explore. We were lucky to have 2 dry days during this rainy season. It was nice to wake up to the gorgeous caldera view.

I stayed during off peak. While some amenities were not available due to renovations during off peak hours (on site restaurant/fitness room), the staff made every effort to accommodate individual needs. Room service was available and was timely and delicious. Local restaurants were available for order-in. Shuttles were available for excursions. The Spa staff were accommodating to time and professional. It was easily one of my most treasured vacations. Highly recommend the Rocabella resort.
