Food in restaurant not great, otherwise, it was wonderful!! Would stay again!!

Hotel was very average. Happy to have stayed only one night. Parking very very inconvenient. Parking garage that they told us to use did not open until 8am and we had an early morning flight. Also. Warm night no A/C and front desk staff rude

The balcony was great and the room was so comfy and quiet!

Property is close to everything including a lot of dining choices but area around hotel needs the trash picked up. The inconvenience was the fire alarm going off at 1AM. Shower had issues and sink didn’t drain well.

Property was great! No complaints. Easy and convenient for what we needed.

Room was clean, staff friendly and willing to do anything to make stay comfortable.

we stayed here for 2 nights. the rooms are nice, comfortable. parking was really easy with underground space. there was a dinning area that looked nice. we didn't have the opportunity to try it with our short stay, we wanted to venture into the local cuisine.

Great location! Our room had an unfortunate particular odor, had to even buy a candle when we arrived to overpower the odor. Think part of the issue was our room was the first floor right above where folks go outside to smoke. There was also a minor mishap where I essentially got overcharged, management was really quick to fix the issue when we checked out though

It was quite clean. Room needed some refurbishment Sink in bathroom cracked, mattress was dirty. room wasnt cleaned everyday

Reception helped with getting Taxis.

Everything was perfect. It was just extremely expensive.

Great location

Loved the location, ease of parking and delicious breakfast at this hotel. The staff bent over backwards to assist their guests. Appreciated their efforts immensely. Family enjoyed the restaurant/bar. Next door to a great food shop. Pubs close by. Maybe not the safest area at night but we had no problem Loved the balcony, to let in fresh air, the beds were so comfortable and the shower was dreamy. There was nothing about this hotel that we did not like except our stay was too short.

Bathroom was still dirty, my daughter wore a whit dress and sat on the floor in the foye, when she sat up, it was black stained. Dont try and order off the menu as they only serve wht the current chef of the day wants to or know how to make. Only highlight to my stay was the brekfast
