Views and area amazing. Staff right on point, friendly, respectful, and helpful. Toom great. Expensive but worth it. One negative is that the shower/tub is very narrow. Felt like you could fall every time you stepped in.

We enjoyed a brilliant stay, with only two things that let the hotel down. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and well presented and the location is just stunning. However, we were greeted upon arrival and shown to our room. At this point there was a single bottle of water pointed out as being complimentary and the only water that would be complimentary for the entire week. Whilst I understand that there are limits on everything, we did think that a five-star hotel should provide a bottle of water each day, especially through the summer months. Secondly there is a shuttle service that operates between the hotel and town centre. Unfortunately there is only one run (departing at 6.30pm) that will get you into town before 8pm and the shuttle is a 7-seat vehicle. For a hotel with nearly 100 rooms this simply isn’t enough capacity and should be increased by either increasing the number of departures or the vehicle capacity (or both!). Both of these points are minor but were disappointing and we expected better from them for a five-star hotel. A couple of minor tweaks and this really would compete with some of the super expensive five-star hotels in the town.

This hotel was fabulous! Stayed here with our 2 adult children on holiday from the U.S. It was a perfect place to relax!

Beautiful hotel with stunning view

Wonderful location, staff, and amenities. The views are spectacular and the grounds are gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were no communication issues and everyone was multilingual. We would certainly stay again. The food was excellent with significant portions. We also had options to dine by the water or above overlooking the water and the boats. The sunset at dinner was magnificent. I would suggest that the hotel give guests a way to express their appreciation via tips on the actual food and beverage bills. I tried to add that on to several bills only to later learn they could not do that. It made tipping the staff for their extraordinary service difficult as I don’t always have cash on hand while on vacation.

Amazing hotel and the most beautiful setting.

Everything was excellent, the only small constructive criticism was the standard of breakfast eg just ordering a simple omelette or pancakes was an additional cost. For a five star hotel would have expected this as a standard option.

Not good

Our stay at Parco dei Principi was absolutely incredible. The customer service was truly exceptional—every morning we were greeted by name, which made the experience feel so personal and warm. On our first night, we arrived late due to a traffic incident, and the staff went above and beyond by offering food and drinks from the bar even after the kitchen had closed. They also arranged all our taxi needs and, impressively, noticed us arriving via the security cameras and immediately came out with a cart to help with our luggage. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Family reunion, where everyone enjoyed beautiful views, amazing sunsets, and very friendly staff. Dinner at restaurant was excellent. Lots of outdoor spots to sit and lounge.

We had an amazing stay at Parco dei Principi Hotel! The accommodations were elegant and comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations - we can’t wait to come back!

Very nice hotel with great service. Restaurant provided a great breakfast and very high-end dinner service. Used the hotel shuttle service into town for an excursion in the AM. Beautiful view in a great location.

The property is fabulous, featuring expansive, manicured gardens, beautiful cliff side setting with superior views and a wonderful private beach. The room was well appointed, clean and large with comfortable layout and superb terrace with garden and sea views. The staff were very attentive to service, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was superior with high quality options, very good variety and very attentive staff. I look forward to returning to this property.

A quiet and luxurious place

A wonderful property with amazing views. Enjoyed the pool area. Easy walk into Sorrento and the area of Sant’Agnello is lovely. Reception staff were inconsistent. One pool guy is fantastic but the other let the service down. The breakfast and the bar team were fantastic. Felt very relaxed here.

Hotel is 20min from center. Also a little old. Fantastic garden and terrace. Excelent service.

A top notch hotel with incredible breathtaking views (we booked a sea view room). Rooms are amazing (with room service). Best breakfast (incl.) on our trip. Only about a 15-20 min. walk to center city or you need to book the hotel shuttle. Valet parking (incl.). Can’t wait to return and stay again !!! Worth every EU.

The hotel was beautiful, feels like you are on a cruise ship with the sea facing rooms! Wonderful staff, delicious food and walkable to everything!
