This is definitely a top tier hotel with very fine dining. We enjoyed our interactions with the staff, especially in the marvelously appointed bar/library, and loved our spacious rooms.

The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast could have had a few more choices. The staff did a turndown every night and left water and chocolates. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Very friendly/helpful reception staff. We booked a superior room and were disappointed. Couldn’t see anything superior about it! It was perfectly clean and had everything you needed. But looked and felt soulless and like something out of the 1970s decor wise. Breakfast buffet looked good but the restaurant made no effort to welcome you not ask if you wanted anything else (eg fried or poached eggs). It was hard to get anyone’s attention. The young lady in the bar each evening was wonderful.

We had a lovely room and the hotel is in a great location

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC. The shower door did not also close correctly and leaked into the main bathroom every time used. The common areas were lovely and the building itself was stunning.

This is a great hotel, in a great location - but! The room I was in (premium room with terrace), was not sound proofed. All through the night and into the early hours, you could hear street traffic and tourists. You could even hear every footstep in the room above and the staff hoovering in the corridors at 1:30am. Unfortunately I book hotel rooms for their quality and comfort for sleeping. Because of the constant noise I can't recommend staying. However if you can get through the constant noise, the buffet breakfast and staff are very good/helpful.

Bartender Miguel was excellent. Best Negroni ever! The restaurant was excellent as well with chef Francesca and her attentive staff.

Staff were absolutely great, they were very helpful with directions and provided very good care.

amazing room...spacious and spotless! Comfortable King bed and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was very good....wide variety buffet delicious!

One the lifts were not working properly and we stuck in the lift even They gave us panoromic view rooms, could not see any view from the room The bathroom was terrible, not easy to take a shower even the bathroom curtains were touching myself while taking shower and they were not clean. Not easy and safe to get in bath A/C was properly heating the room

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location to visit the historic sites and a beautiful and unique hotel. Loved the lobby, rooftop view and our balcony. Room was very clean and spacious.
