Location to my Office was within 10 minutes, easy access to Highway 7, 400 and 407. Hotel was very quiet. Morning continental breakfast was in need of an upgrade compared to other hotels in the area. System for getting a morning breakfast ticket at the front desk was not the best system and should be given with your key card at time of check in or you are inline waiting for other people to check out

Breakfast was okay

Attractive well decorated very clean hotel. Host at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. We thought the wine at the bar was a bit expensive. One of 2 tvs in our room did not work properly. Breakfast was included. Breakfast host was very nice. Breakfast was light compared to other places we’ve stayed.

Overall nothing thay stands out. The free breakfast is very minimal pastries or toast, but it is just $8 for bacon, eggs and hasbrowns which is very reasonably priced. The most frustrating thing was the wifi - at peak times it would drop, even though it still had 3-4 bars on my tablet. The room was clean, no complaints there. For the most part the staff were great. For they most part they were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. But I requested a late check out - which they told me was no problem, and gave me a 12pm checkout time. He clearly forgot to enter it on the computer though, as I got a call into the room shortly after 11am asking why I hadn't left yet. So the sum of it/tldr - nothing truly terrible, but overall just ok.

Won’t stay again. Staff could smile. Breakfast was a joke. We canceled our stay at the end of our trip. Breakfast is nothing but carbs and cold everything else sounds not recommend

Sound proofed room is nice

Had a continental breakfast, can order more for a cost. Place was clean, people friendly. With all the snow parking lot was a bit hard to get through. There were spots they could of cleared. But its winter, not a big deal.
