Stayed here for my 6 days trip with my family. Overall it was great, the reception was helpful, the housekeeper was attentive and always cleaned the room carefully. Just one thing: the temperature of the room cannot be adjusted so sometimes it was too hot inside making our skin dry and us hard to breathe. The hotel offered us a fan and we also closed the AC and opened the window. We booked a Family Room and for 3 people with two big luggages, we think it fit just fine. There is also washing machines and dryers free of charge. The location makes it easy for us to go by metro or order taxi.

Very nice hotel in a very good location. A short 5 mins walk to the central shopping district. The hotel is located next to Regent Hotel. Don't use Google Maps since the location can be misleading. Would totally come back here again in the future.

We had our most delightful experience with the concierge team, Eric and Wang YueLong at the hotel. Both went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, from booking of attraction tickets, restaurant reservation, arranging wheelchair and transport. Their eagerness to help and attentive care made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Both form a remarkable team, both embodying a level of hospitality that made our visit unforgettable. Their dedication to making guest welcome and cared for truly evaluated our overall experience.

Had my most delightful experience with Eric, the concierge at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, Eric was attentive and thoughtful, making sure every detail of our stay was prefect. He provided excellent recommendations for our holiday plans as we have elderly who needed wheelchair with us. He helped us secure attraction tickets via WeChat and made restaurant reservations for us. What truly stood out was how Eric went the extra mile in every interaction. He always greets us with a warm, sincere smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. His thoughtfulness was especially evident in how he frequently checked in on my dad who had stayed back in the hotel to rest on some days. Eric 's genuine care for each guest and his proactive approach to ensuring we had everything we needed made our experience not just enjoyable but truly memorable.

Staying for 4 nights and I would say it is brilliant and perfect. They offer excellent service from the front desk, top-notch hotel management and room cleaning service. Well done and keep the good job!

I had the most pleasant stay here. They helped my family with everything we need. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go to Beijing. It’s close to the MRT station, there’s a starbucks in front of the hotel, and there are lots of restaurants nearby!

The room is clean and does not smell of cigarettes, breakfast of many kinds. There is a laundry room and free weel chair. MRT with Shikuu exit C 50 mtr from the back door of the hotel. Family mart from MRT 100 mtr. Next morning, MRT will sell bakfau and soy milk. Beijing APM Mall and Wang Fu Jing 800 mtr. Starbucks opposite the hotel. There are several restaurants opposite the hotel.

Superb Location!! Comfort room . Near wangfujing street & jinbao street. the hotel near the regent beijing. Will come back in here again.

Good hotel, clean, and helpful.

Nice great hotel, good waiting check-in time, very close to Dengshikou station, about 300m, good walking distance to Wangfujing, about 2 blocks away, great food selection for breakfast. the luxury Jinbao Palace Shopping Mal just around the corner.
