My first experience here, after staying at other Victoria establishments, was generally acceptable except for the staff. While I'm not saying everyone was bad, I was dissatisfied with several key aspects. It could even be considered terrible by those with more discerning tastes.

Quiet and relaxing resort. Private beach. Big swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Although the resort is old, I still rate 90/100 points for the experience here. The beach is wide, clean, with fine sand, private and comfortable. I stayed in a front beach bungalow, spacious, mostly Western guests, small families, so it was quite quiet, ten points when I wanted to relax and like quiet. If you like crowded and bustling, take a taxi to Mui Ne for about 5 minutes and it will be crowded and fun. The resort grounds are large, with 2 swimming pools, a spa in front of the sea, very nice, many beautiful angles for photos, you can take photos all day, the staff are all cute and very welcoming 😆 Compared to the price, I really like Victoria. However, I'm not too satisfied with the F&B part, the breakfast buffet is okay, there are dishes from Europe to Asia but the taste is normal, it's okay to eat for fun. I ordered food to bring to the room, the portion is big, full, reasonable price but the taste is a bit lacking. The cocktails are quite diverse, the tuna is frozen, not very fresh, the salad is just average, all the salad vegetables are just a bunch of them, I think if there were more arugula, glass salad, frise, the European style salad would be more delicious, the dragon fruit salad is dragon fruit salad with a lot of seafood, southern flavor, a little bit western, easy to eat like salad at parties. I bought more salmon from outside and they were still very enthusiastic in bringing it to my room. Overall, 90 points for my healing experience here. I will continue to visit Victoria again and many times.

The scenery and space are fresh and cool, with lots of trees. The resort is old, so it is inevitable that everything is degraded, but in general, the hygiene is still clean and satisfactory, the price is reasonable, the room is airy! I see many comments about the dirty swimming pool, but because the swimming pool area does not have a spray nozzle to wash before going into the pool, there is only a bucket to scoop water to wash your feet, so the problem of sand on your body will be brought into the pool is unavoidable, so there are places on the stairs going down to the pool with a lot of dirty sand!

The staff are extremely enthusiastic and cute! The food is delicious! It's also very close to the center so you don't have to worry about not knowing where to go The room is extremely spacious and clean, especially the bathroom, oh my god it's huge and there's even a jacuzzi in the bathroom... In front of each room there's a small private swimming pool and there's also a huge infinity pool in the center... The hotel's private beach is very clean and secure The massage service here is very good and the price is not expensive so it's worth the experience... Because the resort is so big, the electric car guys are always enthusiastic to pick you up and drop you off, so everyone here loves it At around 5pm, a staff member knocked on the door to give you a free snack (delicious)! So great... 😁😁 In short, if you stay here, be careful... you won't want to go home

We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff, there was a shuttle bus to pick us up at our room even at 10pm, the food was not excellent but it was okay, there was a chocolate cake with ice cream which was delicious. The sea was gentle, easy to swim, suitable for families to relax.

The staff was not enthusiastic in supporting guests, the room smelled bad and the swimming pool was very dirty with dead insects in the pool. Couldn't stay and had to leave early without getting a refund. The food was terrible. In short, I will never come back!

The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic, and quick to support. The room is clean, the equipment in the room is a bit old, but still works well. The TV only has cable TV. The space is close to nature, with lots of trees. The infinity pool and surrounding scenery are the highlights of the resort that you must visit.

everything is ok... i really like the hotel... the view is very beautiful. the hotel here is like staying at home... comfortable. beautiful view. from the staff to the security guard are all very enthusiastic, happy and friendly. the breakfast buffet is also ok. i will come back next summer 🥰🥰🥰

Second time staying at the resort; still very happy; 2 swimming pools are always clean and carefully looked after when guests are swimming; rooms are clean, although there are many trees and mosquitoes, but the rooms always have essential oils in the room so it is comfortable; staff are always enthusiastic and polite everywhere

The entrance to both the resort and the beach is quite steep, from the reception area to the room, swimming pool, and the beach is quite far, you have to climb up a steep slope, not suitable for families with young children and the elderly, the room equipment is a bit old, the bathroom floor is yellow and looks dirty, the food is okay!

There is a good night story, attentive staff, suitable for newlyweds, small walking area, but lots of trees, 2 large swimming pools and quiet beach, will definitely come back

Had an awesome 3D2N stay at the resort with my family! The service was fantastic, the facilities were great, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were really comfortable, making it such a relaxing experience. Loved the little touch of having cakes served every evening—so nice! Highly recommend for a getaway!
