I don’t recommend this property at all management not try to help me at all we had an emergency and that he chose to change my reservation they respond to me after five days with no help at all these guys stay away from those people are not helpful at all.not recommended

A nice room, not clean enough. Parking by the street can get difficult. Carpeted.

Overall good, except it allows smoking. Rekik Mouna was very helpful

I specifically booked because the listing mentionned a pool. I learned it was closed upon arrivel. Has to wait 10min before someone showed at the lobby. Upon checking out, I was charged for the bottle of water that was in the room.

Great hotel in the centre of the city - great restaurant, great breakfast and lovely staff. shame the pool and spa were closed as it was off season otherwise great!

Terrible staff. It took 15 mins to explain that I booked through expedia. They asked me to pay upfront which I found very uncomfortable after a long drive to get to Sfax. Room was good but not 4 star conditon.

This is one of the worst experience I ever had, the hotel is very low in hygiene and not cleat at all, the air condition is very bad, bed sheets and covers are etching Staff is very off

Good..could be cleaner

This is the most terrible hotel we have ever had. Even if we asked for a room side, we were accommodated on the side whereas very loud noise of disco. There was nothing in the room : no mineral water, no tissue, etc.. The staff are very rude. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL

It was a great hotel with kind and friendly staff. Had some difficulty turning on the air conditioner but a member of staff quickly came to the rescue.

Staying in this hotel was super excelent the service , the suite the stuff i can't find anything negative to say about my 4 days in this hotel. I will back again. Thank youbto all the stuff

I arrived to the hotel with my boyfriend and our reservation on time but the front desk refused to give us our room. They denied us the room and told us to book another separate room because we weren’t married. This is absolutely disappointing.

My decision was made based on the start rating, not sure if this property deserves a 5 star rating

Good Points: large room with large windows many English speaking staff tentative to listen to the requests Poor Points: poor service at the restaurant old toilet in the room
