This is a lovely hotel situated a short walk away from the main town. The pool is big with lots of loungers and a nice cafe for light food and drinks, perfect.

The staff is poor. The cleaning personnel was poor the rooms were not properly cleaned and we left behind some stuffed animals and they disappeared and were not found afterwards.

Fantastic hotel - comfy beds, lovely roof terrace with Jacuzzi bath, amazing pool area and sunbeds, and short walking distance to Santa Eularia.

Definitely not five star standard. Housekeeping rarely frequented and a tissue left on the floor at the beginning of our stay was never removed. We had to have daily battles to replace complimentary water. Reception attitude hostile. Check-in was done without a smile or a greeting. Water pressure was low. A machine in the ceiling, keep the room noisy and disrupted sleep. Stay here if you want to be disappointed.

Always lovely staff

Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff. Breakfast was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the main pool

Great stay - highly recommend

We enjoyed a great 4 night stay. Good location and only a short walk to the beachfront with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Our only issue as with most hotels was the need to secure a sunbed early in the morning

What an amazing stay we’ve just had, we were absolutely over the moon on arrival when we’re shown to our room to realise we had been upgraded to the Presidencial suite. We enjoyed an afternoon in the spa during our stay which was lovely. All the staff are impeccably polite and helpful. Thank you so much, we will be back again soon.

Excellent hotel in great location. Lovely walk along seafront to numerous bars and restaurants. Hotel is very well run and maintained. Rooms great and pool area really nice. Added bonus of the spa too. Very impressed overall with value and quality. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous quiet hotel. Lovely to walk into the harbour at night for drinks, food and sunset.

10/10. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all. We had the most amazing 5 day break last week and we will definitely be back. Perfect walking distance to the marina with lots of food options. Beautiful beach and clear sea a stones throw away and really reasonably priced sun loungers to rent. If you’re hesitating booking the do it, you won’t regret it!

We stayed 8 nights in this great resort and we enjoyed every bot of it. Great facility, relatively new, friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The location is great too, close to the Santa Eularia passageway and the beach. Highly recommended and will definitely come back
