The only situation was that I hurt my foot on the shower because of missing pieces on the floor. When I complained at the reception and gave them the missing part the receptionist told that was a cleaner problem. But in my opinion it was a facility maintenance fault. And not was done after that.

This hotel is very well located, very clean, and the staff is the best - polite, friendly, attentive. And their breakfast, which is included, is fantastic! A perfect way to start the day. We love it!

We love the property and its location. They also offer a fantastic breakfast as part of the stay. We have been using it on an yearly basis when we travel to Curitiba.

Dirty, noisy

The air conditioner and carpets are not cleaned. I found a fever thermometer on my bed at nigth. It seems the blankets were not properly washed. The hotel is well located but not well managed. Some years ago it was one of the best hotels in town. Now it is one of the worst!

This is probably the best hotel in town. No other hotel beats its view.

Excellent hotel.

Smooth check-in experience, clean room, strong WiFi, and comfortable bed. I was on the 20th floor, which sounded nice at the time though it meant someone doing an early treadmill workout woke me up, so try to avoid getting too high of a room.

I will always stay there when I’m in Curitiba.
