An amazingly beautiful hotel with excellent staff who are all exceedingly professional, polite and helpful. I would return to Budapest just to stay in this hotel. A memory for a lifetime!

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to boarding our river cruise. This hotel is very beautiful. Our room was clean,spacious and very comfortable. The evening turndown was unexpected😁. We had breakfast in the breakfast room. Don't ask me what I had - I was too busy taking in the most beautiful baroque architecture and decorations! The only negative was that we waited for over 10 minutes in the rather quiet sitting area for a waiter to take our drinks order and ended up walking out. A waiter came through a number of times but never saw us when we waved.

The property was beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding and Mark, our waiter was maybe the best ever. Jennifer at Concierge could not have been more genuine and helpful. The Bell Service staff was great. It was a pleasure for my familty to stay at your facility.

The most beautiful cafe palace in the world.

Staff not friendly, we stayed 5 nights. Although is a 5-star hotel, but their furnitures are old conditions.

Property is very well positioned for getting around Budapest short rides via taxi or Uber get you everywhere quickly. Staff is helpful in assisting with transport needs and very friendly.

Clean and spacious! Conveniently located to lots of restaurants and major attractions! We loved every moment here. Great service and we had a free upgrade to a two story room! There were fruits, snacks snd wines provided as a welcoming gesture in our room. Thank you and we will be back!

From the moment we arrived until the time we left everyone here went out of their way to make sure we had anything and everything we could ever want or need! Everything at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! Would highly recommend staying here on the next trip to Budapest.

Great service

Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Budapest, this is the only one I can say is truly 5 stars. The people working here offer the best service. And having the private terrace at the New York Cafe in the lobby is incredible. Great place.

My experience with the staff was exceptional. When i encountered an issue with a transfer service they went out of their way to help - in particular Mate. Without their assistance i would have been stranded in Budapest and would have missed my commitments later that day. The room was very spacious, i loved the turndown service and welcome gift.
