Room and stairwell is outdated but staff very friendly. Breakfast selection is limited but good enough. Location and parking is good as well as the price.

It was a good place to stay, a little bit dated but clean and a friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and parking was easy.

Staff was good, room was clean, but very outdated. Carpets should be replaced as well as tub/shower. Good for the price as we got in late and left early.

I am lactose intolerant. There is not many breakfast options available that I could have tried.

Yes room was in good condition and staff were very nice but the bathroom in our room was in a bad place and it was very hard for us to use it we are seniors with issues and the toilet is in such a cramped space it made it difficult otherwise room was very nice thank you

The breakfast was okay, although I was expecting a hot breakfast like eggs. Parking was okay. The most disappointing experience was the rooms, they were terrible. Had to change 4 rooms and yet not to our satisfaction, very unsatisfying. We visit Lethbridge every 2 months and stay at this hotel but Unfortunately this will be our last visit to this hotel. Very disappointed 😡😞

Courteous staff, clean room, friendly atmoshphere

It was fine for a quick stay passing through. The rooms are old. Floors creak so loud that you feel like you might fall through at any point. Our ice bucket was full of melted ice when we got there and they didn’t have any clean ones to exchange so we got a random Tupperware container the guy found somewhere. It was not worth what I paid. I’d say it’s a $90 per night room at max.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful! The room, especially the washroom was spotless.

Lots of dining options around the property. The only problem we had was with parking and our cutlery was not properly washed.
