Location is excellent but room floor is dirty or gas stains. Especially the bathroom shower. The water pressure in sink and shower is low with few amenities in BR besides shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. We got a cavernous room with a balcony that opened out to plaza but construction noise made it hard to sleep or enjoy the balcony.

Perfect location for exploring Old Town. Room was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to San Juan.

This was our second stay in two weeks as we booked this hotel prior to and after a cruise. Our room was not ready at 4 pm but the staff let us know far in advance and we were able to plan accordingly. To compensate they upgraded us to a fantastic room that was really nice and quiet. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The location is great for cruise ship guests and the area is lively and has many great dining, shopping and nightspot locations to choose from.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. Carlos provided exceptional customer service as well!

I stayed at Armas Hotel during the San Sebastián feasts in Old San Juan. It is an excellent location for walking the city. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The AC worked well. It is very close to shopping, dining, sight-seeing; everything I wanted to do! My room was one of the more modest ones and didn’t have an iron or a closet, there was a hook from the wall with hangers, which was sufficient for me. The staff did provide a steamer for clothes. The staff is very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend it if you’d like to be in the center of Old San Juan 👍

Clean room, nice staff, excellent no frills hotel

Slow. Took 15 minutes. Apparently our room wasn't ready at 5 pm. Several people were behind us in line with only one person at the front next.

Not that much hot water and you can hear everything in your room with cleaners slamming doors and cable tv freezes.

The room was supposed to ready at 4:00 pm but was not available until almost 5:30 pm

The staff was kind and attentive and the room was very clean and it's close walking distance to everything. Great for a quick stay before a cruise
