Great location, breakfast buffet was great, called down for extra pillows the first night, twice, and no one ever came to deliver after front desk confirmed.

Right in the middle of Convention area with trolley just steps from front doors, this very convenient hotel was a great find. We were meeting family for a cruise and this hotel is close to cruise port and all the conveniences.Would give 5 stars but the pool was closed down and staff directed us to the sister Hilton hotel a couple blocks away. When we got home there was an additional $30 charge for using that hotel pool. Not disclosed when they sent us there.

there was shattered glass in elevator wall . Our toilet in our room was plugged as soon as we checked in, and we could not use it for hours. it was fixed only after calling 3 times. there was no maid service and we had to call repeatedly for toilet paper, coffee, coffee creamer, cups and towels. the pool bar opened 1 day but no bartender came. I would never go back.

Only gave an overall rating of 3 because it was over crowded with too much going on in the area. This made for alot of noise & wait lines for everything . Staffing needs to be upped when they know there are several events in the area. Hotel is close to everything around with arenas , convention center and water taxi on the bay .

Not enough characters to explain how bad it all was. First never said they couldnt accomodate oversize vehicles. So had to pay for parking offsite, then only for 12 hours so had to move later in evening. Then room wasnt ready until after 630pm. A found blood on sheets of bed. No amends made as booked through hotel.com.

The property itself wasn't bad, and the location was paramount as it was conveniently situated near the Tampa Convention Center. What I idn't like was the lack of smart TV's in the room. I was quite dissapointed to learn that we couldn't stream on the room TVs. I thought all hotels had made this conversion, especially in today's time where people stream everything.

Horrible check in. Arrived at 330 and told room would be ready in 20-30 min which was fine cause check in was at 4 anyway. Tried to check-in at 515 and room still not ready. Had to agree to a smaller room for no discount or compensation. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

We booked two rooms and traveled with our small dog as an adult family of five. The check-in process was efficient, rooms were very clean, and welcome reception was nice with plenty of drinks and snacks. The hotel location is extremely convenient to the Riverwalk and the surrounding area is walkable with plenty of water fountains.

This hotel was clean and safe with professional staff. If you need to be in downtown Tampa for business or an event at one of the arenas, I'd recommend this or the Marriot. One great perk, guests received $25 to spend at the on-site Starbucks during the time I stayed. The downtown area overall, is a skip in my opinion unless it's necessary for business or a sports/arena event. The streets were chaotic during my stay as hockey playoffs were taking place at the arena. Allot 10+ extra minutes for your hotel arrival in similar situations. The "Riverwalk" consisted of two restaurants, unless I missed other attractions. There is no reason to check it out. We stayed one night before heading to the barrier islands based on a plan to visit Busch Gardens. Next time, I'd skip Tampa all together and drive the 90 mins to the amusement park. There are other neighborhoods to see aside from Downtown, however, this hotel may not be the most convenient choice if visiting those areas.

I love the friendliness of the staff as well as the Amenities of the property. I also like the proximity to surrounding restaurants and sites.

Excellent property

Experience in general was great! Very convenient location. The only thing that i wish could be better is the parking option, the only option is valet parking. Hotel staff should offer different options.

Fantastic location, staff was great. Elevators were slow especially during morning rush.

Great location with wonderful views of the bay. Plenty big for our family of six. It was a very convenient location to get to the Tampa cruise terminal.

We loved it's proximity to the Tampabay lightning.
