Sauna & pool were very relaxing, dinner was also nice

The room and hotel itself were wonderful. Only wished they had a menu that was more accessible as we got to cork very late and no options were offered.

Although the lobby area appeared to have been upgraded, the remainder of the hotel needs a good cleaning. Carpets were dirty as was cloth furniture in room. Beds were comfortable, but with the other obvious lack of cleanliness, it was disconcerting.

Staff were excellent, room was really comfortable and the gym/pool was great.

We were surprised to be upgraded to a suite. It was very nice. Food was reasonably priced and we enjoyed it. Very pretty hotel. We recommend it to all.
