Hotel is close to our destination, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms. Morning staff was not pleasant.

The people were great, but disappointed as we went out and came back to jump into the pool and they closed it 45 minutes before it said it would be. The main reason we got this was because of the pool and the extra sofa bed. The area was very clean but they could have told us the pool would close early. Our 3 children were disappointed.

A couple days in Waco, hotel was very nice,clean and the staff were very nice also.

The front desk personnel were so helpful and very sweet! My husband forgot his fan so they made sure he got one.

Convenient to Waco attractions.

Pretty dated but still comfortable. They need to buy better pillows. Small little squares of lump. Bed was fine though.

I have stayed in the Comfort Inn in Waco twice this year. Although the staff are so good and I think the hotel is clean- it appears so- the room both time smelled so bad! last time and this time I went to the HEB Plus across the road and bought multiple plugins and we left for several hours before coming back. All my things- toiletries and suitcase- smell pretty awful. I am sorry to write this about a hotel who has sweet employees but something needs to be done. Especially since my night for two was $220.

Nice place. Convenient location.

It was comfortable and felt safe. We stayed on 1st floor and traffic sounds were a bit noisy for a while in the evening. Beds super comfy.

I just like that the staff was very friendly, whatever brand of coffee they use is very good the exercise room everything worked and there was a grocery store and walking distance approximately 6 minutes.
