Expedia could have done a better job representing this property. Was budget, old, dirty and not in a good location. Staff were helpful , lots of better places available in this area to choose from.

Im general its a good place, but its far from the beach.

This place was good for the price. Not a fancy place but clean and comfortable. A good 3 star resort.

Buildings and furniture inside the rooms need an upgrade urgently.

Poor customer service. Restaurant closed and the other booked with functions. Buffet only option and too expensive. Only bar located in the lobby. The surrounding building gs were vacant. A very odd and unsettleing place to stay

2nd time we've stayed here. The hotel staff are great and as an english traveller in a hotel with predominantly spanish guests, we didnt feel out of place. Great combination of apartment and hotel. There was food available on site as well as having a supermarket next door with everything you could need. A great little cleaning welcome pack including washing up liquid, cleaning and drying cloths. We stayed in mid September, the hotel had quite a few guests, getting a sunbed was easy and we also managed to get a free parking space every night. Sadly, in the local area, the Tartussus centre next door still looks under construction and the businesses that were there were closed down so there is nowhere within a mile to walk for an evening meal. There are however lots of options within 5 miles. This hotel is very well placed for travelling the local area and slightly further afield. This is not a new hotel and there are many signs of wear and tear in the rooms but everything was functional.

The hotel was nice, good facilities, nice big pool and jacuzzi. It was hard to find using the site’s gps address. There is a trolley picking people up to go to the beach. The bar and restaurant closes very early, at 9 pm, even on a Friday. The room was very clean and well equipped, with kitchenette and a balcony. Overall I would recommend it.

I liked that the hotel had a kitchen and they providing dining tools and cooking tools. The balcony was a pretty decent size an the beds were huge. The bathroom was updated however the shower was a little small and had no where to put my soap or shampoo while I showered.

From the moment we arrived, the service was quick, efficient and friendly and the hotel lobby was buzzing with people having a good time at the bar just opposite the reception desk. Looking over to our left we could see the large and beautifully appointed swimming pool outside the reception area and the apartments and villas. The hotel is set in gardens with lawns and small hills and it actually reminded me of expensive gated communities were everyone is safe. The apartment we were allocated was on the third floor which just happened to be the top floor but with very easy access from the underground garage via an elevator or stairs. We had opted for a one bedroom apartment but there are also two bedroomed ones as well as villas with two floors. The apartment consisted of a separate lounge, kitchen, bedroom with ensuite and a balcony. The hotel was despite being full of young families a haven of peace, much more peace than you would expect from such a large place. There are a selection of places to eat at the hotel such as the Gastrobar, the buffet and the one we chose to frequent the most that being the Moorish themed restaurant, the lamb croquettes were delightful as was the tagines and the service. Saturday night was made exceptionally good by the dancing of a beautiful young lady as entertainment whilst we dined. I highly recommend this hotel wether you are a mature couple or a family with small children, I will certainly be paying another visit soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. nice two bedroom apartment with a kitchenette made it possible to reduce meal costs by cooking some of your own... fabulous outdoor pool., nice dinner buffet .. wifi is not available in individual rooms and weak in public areas when busy ... needs an upgrade... gym has lots of potential needs some TLC.. staff is very pleasant overall... would recommend

It was a lovely place, however because we were early into the season, it was a bit deserted , however its a lovely place in the popular area of chiclana

What a great place Cadiz is! This hotel has been perfect. We had a two bedroom apartment which was fantastic. We went half board and the food was delicious! An amazing fresh range of food to cater for everyone. I've never seen my two children eating so much and such a varied diet. Needles to say, I need to go on a diet now. But the main thing for me has been the staff. From the cooks to the waiters, the entertainment ( my 5 year old loved the mini club and my 10 year old loved playing football and padel everyday) the cleaners, gardeners etc. Absolutely everybody was lovely and genuine. We rented a car and went on trips around the area , discovering beautiful beaches and towns as well as cheap and ridiculously tasty tapas. Sadly, we came back home yesterday and we are in total depression mode. This has been one of our best holidays and will definitely go back!

Das Frühstück war eher kantinenmäßig mit convenience-produkte , das Obst war manchmal zu lange gelegen. Die Spanier haben einen sehr guten Kaffee, aber die Automaten hatten Instant Kaffe gehabt - nicht meins.

Habría que revisar las hormigas del baño de arriba y el sofá de abajo que también tenía hormigas. La puerta del baño de arriba chirriana de la humedad del baño porque se salía el agua de la bañera. El agua de la ducha tan pronto te quemaba como que te helabas. Necesita una reforma porque lleva igual todo 20 años. Lo único nuevo era el lavavajillas
