Clean and friendly spot, thanks

A nice, modern resort hotel. Linked to the fact that it’s in the country, flies were a problem. Most of the staff were really professional and courteous, but eating in the restaurant was a bit of a challenge - I had other diners’ food delivered to me because the waiting staff couldn’t remember the table numbers. Noisy at night, with corridors that amplify the noise. But a comfortable and clean room.

Very pleasant location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus was that none of the electric chargers were working. But we would definitely return

The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again.

Welcoming staff team, always helpful. Easy parking and check in. Large room double aspect windows overlooking the golf course with good facilities. Great gym and pool in the hotel. Good choice at breakfast with a friendly staff team.

The hotel is good overall, the carpet seems a bit tired. Not so much options on the menu. Overall, we really enjoy ourselves as a family.

Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath.

Decent parking, staff were welcoming although they could’ve probably benefited with more in the restaurant. Room is nice had everything I needed, unfortunately it was next to the noisiest stairs that meant people sounded like a herd of elephants walking down. Would stay again.

Hotel it self was beautiful staff friendly as well the breakfast was lovely and hot Me myself my partner and parents went for the valentines meal the starter's was lovely bit the main meal.was cold this was.taken back into the kitchen three times this for us all ruined our nifht

The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful and the room was good. It was very cozy.

The food

Had cooked breakfast first day. Second day had continental and only one slice of ham and little Brie available. Asked for more and were told you were cutting down on it. Staff member then went to kitchen and said there was none left. Continental breakfast usually includes more than bakery products, fruit a cereal.

Room was very clean, good shower Staff excellent, hotel had cosy comfortable feeling throughout
