The experience was all around great the suite compared to what I expected based on similar suites in America was definitely over the top. Truly felt like i was staying somewhere well above my means. The room literally had 3-4 full sitting areas up stairs and downstairs

Nice hotel close to the Cathedral

Was next to cathedral and old town. The room was very large (three seperate areas). Parking was in the hotel and the breakfast was very good. The hotel needs some upgrading particularly the bathroom. This looks to be a hotel that was exceptional but is in need of an upgrade. The A/C and the TV did not work which was annoying but not a huge issue. With a little bit of attention this could be (or return to) a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The hotel is just ok since it needs some maintenance and paint work all over. Check in staff was not welcoming at all. No interaction but to request for our passports only and give us our room key. Literally, that and picking your keys from a box in an envelope with our names on it, would've been the same. Amenities felt poor considering that it's a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at lower category hotels and had more room amenities than this one. Thus, I guess this is a good enough option if you only need a place to sleep.

We enjoyed our stay only the parking was quite challenging in a 4 x 4 no issues otherwise.

I got a duplex room for the first time, with a little balcony and skylight, and it was really nice. Clean, quiet and comfy

The location was perfect. Only a few moments walk to the cathedral, the river and lots of beautiful churches. Lots of choice for bars and restaurants too.

Are you sure this is a 4 star? Didn't see any obvious amenities to justify the rating. No business lounge, not even a quiet room to work in. Outlets v. sparse in public areas and even in the rooms (none by the bed). Rooms were huge but showing their age. Fridge didn't work (leaked in fact). Some of the public areas seem quite unkempt/scruffy e.g lounge furniture. Didn't eat or drink there so can't comment on that. Having said all that, great location close to the cathedral in the old district, near everything.

Bastante decepcionante. En la habitación hacía un calor insoportable, abrimos la ventana pero lo único que entró fue ruido de gente tomando copas. Ademas al reservar a través de esta plataforma me cobraron mas de 30€ por habitacion, que me hubiese ahorrado si hubiera hecho la reserva directamente en el hotel. No volveremos

Second time staying at this hotel and will be back again. It’s location is perfect for being right in the centre of Burgos, the rooms are large and cleaned every day, all the staff we met were very friendly couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Bath tub was an added bonus

Loved the location. Easy to see everything Burgos has to offer on foot from this historic hotel. Room was large and quiet. Furniture was old, some stains on the couch. As you can see from the pictures carpets were torn, lamps were broken and an electrical socket just fell apart.... So overall we paid too much for this hotel. Also, no coffee in the room. Coffee in the lobby needs to bought from a machine...
