Everything was nice !

For a two night stay or longer, rooms do not get cleaned unless requested. Clean towels need to be requested…everything else was superb!

Great family resort . Nice & clean and so much to do you don’t even have to leave the place . Best trip to the poconos by far. Con food is super pricey , maybe good to eat dinner once a day.

Property is extremely run down. People outside in the areas where you have to walk with your children smoking weed. Kids in hallways that don’t let you walk by, loud and rude cursing and carrying on. For what we paid, I expected way better. People above us sounded like they were in a wwe match running back and forth and jumping off of things. They charge you to park in the parking lot that isn’t secure and I’m sure people did not pay to park since no one checks. We also found a bullet on a stairwell. I would not recommend staying here. It was awful. The staff was the best part. They were all extremely helpful but that’s the only good part about the place.

They have various activities for kids besides waterpark. Good organized schedule for the closing waterpark hours; 30 min birthday music party for kids. And the Magic Quest-scavenger hunt for kids of all ages.

Got a noise complaint at 9pm (when the water park closes at 8pm and there were loud events happening in the hallways and in the lobby) I think that’s a little ridiculous to get at a kids hotel. We were just getting back from the park and my kids were happy and excited

Super overpriced for no reason. Rooms are dirty and not updated. No one checks at the waterpark if you’re a guest or not, you can just walk around in. Wouldn’t recommend at all. You can find somewhere cheaper.

Was the first family outing in a while and it was much needed. The water park and hotel seemed to be very well taken care of and all staff seemed to help with anything needed.

I treated my daughter's family to an overnight stay. Terrific time. They had an amazing time at the waterpark. I wish I had known ahead of time about the cost of extras which I thought were included. Also, having to pay for parking at the hotel you're staying at, is shameful. My family enjoyed themselves so much, we will probably be back, prepared. We were treated with the utmost curtesy, by the staff.
