Well kept property and good variety of food in the all inclusive package. Rooms keep clean daily. Worth a stay

Great value … very comfortable hotel

This was the worst stay me and my husband stayed at by far. The staff is rude, the food is terrible, the maids don’t understanding their own do not disturb signs for the door came and cleaned our room and moved all of our belongings around….the location sucks. It’s very cheaply renovated, the elevator is so old, I have never seen one like it. There is zero options for the buffets, the food was beyond disgusting . We paid for the all inclusive options and ended up going out to eat for every meal, if I could give this place a zero star then I would. The beds were also very uncomfortable and legit only gave you a flat sheet to cover yourself with, no comforter or anything. So disappointed with this stay, I have no idea how they managed to get a 4 star review on Google. 0/5

Perfect hotel for family stay at the beach. The room was perfect size with additional space for children so you don't have to go to bed when they do. The hotel amenities were so fun, great pool, lounge area, pool bar and restaurant, small play area. Distance is steps from beach and additional dining! We definitely recommend!

Parasol Garden is in a great location about 200m from the beach and close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Torremolinos Centre is about 30mins walk away. Food at the hotel was a bit repetitive but cooked well and tasty. Our room was cleaned daily and the hotel overall was kept clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great 3-star hotel and good value for money.

Got a room that was probably a janitor room before since it was called 51S or 5S with a piece of tape and put by the door. Bed sheets were dirty and had stain. Breakfast was below average. Bathroom door was making more noise than F1 car. Air conditioning had 1 remote for 2 Ac units. No extra bed sheets or pillows. No parking, had to park on streets. I would never stay here again.

Quarto frio, sem ar condicionado. Falta de roupa quente nas camas. Casa de banho com toalhas pequenas e sem ventilação. Não existe frigorífico no quarto, o que é péssimo para quem tem que colocar medicamentos que exijam frio (nem outro tipo de alimentos). Internet Wi-Fi péssima.

Lovely stay with outdoor swimming pool, altho no hot tub at present. Buffet restaurant nice, yet only offers dairy milk no soya or almond plant milk options available, please offer more eco friendly options! Thank you for the stay.

I always enjoy staying here as I love the garden views from the rooms over the swimming pool, and loved to hear the daytime and evening music from the bar! And during holiday times they offer an evening programme such as karaoke or dancing flamenco show and kids club. Buffet service is good, although would be even better if they would offer some vegan options such as non dairy milk for tea or coffee or cereal at breakfast... Which other hotels offer. And excellent for our planet as well! To reduce some disastrous effects on our climate.

Hotel is well located near sea and cafes shops etc, and also with a nice pool area. Rooms were clean and well maintained although along with the hotel generally also a bit dated. Beds were rather hard, small and uncomfortable. Food was average but edible. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all a reasonable but not outstanding budget option.

I was travelling alone and really enjoyed my stay. All I wanted was pool/beach, sun and good food. I had half board (included breakfast and dinner), I wouldn't bother with the dinner next time because the beach restaurants are nicer for dinner in the evening. But breakfast included is always handy. The staff were all so nice and helpful and friendly, from the reception, to restaurant and bar, and the cleaning staff. I'll definitely stay here again. So close to the beach too.

Price is very cheap, w included b'fast which was good. We also had included dinner, which was not fancy, but Good enough. Pools were cold in March, not hut tub. No gym. Interior wasn't updated for decades(at least change the old curtains in ballrom). Staff was friendly enough

Food very good and handy for beach and bars ,staff very friendly

We were only there for a few hours in order to catch a very early flight. So I cannot comment much. It was suitable for our purpose, namely to be close to the airport for the 6 AM flight. Hotel seems OK.

No Bar inside so plastic glasses all the time,could only have a coffee at breakfast in a china cup ,all other times in a flimsy plastic cup,Food was cold,little meat offered staff at Dinner very intimidating to get you out quickly,the beds are very hard

Staff were all pretty helpful and friendly. A lot of things around the bedrooms needed mending, but nothing that stopped things working. eg light switch wobbly, big crack in marble round basins, batroom lock not working due to being installed upside down. I was happy with it for the price. A minute to walk to the beach. Hotel towards the edge of the town. The closer you get to the town centre the more 'stuff' there was to do.

Nothing unique. Cheap hotel hence reflection on service. Quite run down and very noisy -- very poor sound proofing. Severely poor quality food and very limited choice. Not my type of hotel but it was a short stay and the clincher for me was free parking. But I don't think I'll book there again.

Clean and tidy place with great sea views and excellent staff .I only wish i had a fridge in room .
