Clean room Great staff

We had a lovely stay at Torre Barbara. We loved the views, our spacious room, the terrace with the restaurant and the outdoor pool. But more than anything the service and the attention from all the members of staff - friendly, corteous and caring! All of that more than outweighs a little bit noisy road just near the hotel and the challenges of parking and driving on the Sorrento peninsula :)

Superb!!! Great stay fantastic hotel with magnificent views,but what really makes this hotel special is the staff,quite simply brilliant, friendly helpful and they all go above and beyond to make your stay special.Which really makes this hotel extra special. Special mention to Pietro on reception for helping us out on our late arrival after a very troublesome journey. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are thinking of staying in the area.A hidden gem. Thankyou to all the staff for an amazing stay.

Super busy road- very loud.

Beautiful setting with a wonderful restaurant. We ate there for breakfast and dinner and both were exceptional. The hotel is convenient to Sorrento, with breathtaking views.

Brakfast was great. Dinner was good too but a bit slow the service. View from the pool is outstanding My room did not have view but my brothers did and it was breathtaking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Is conveniently located between Naples and Positano. They offer shuttle services and tours that are more affordable. They clean your room every day. I would definitely recommend and would stay again 100%

Fantastic food in hotel restaurant, with great wine list; well-appointed, comfortable room; and excellent service from all members of staff, who are happy to go the extra mile (in one case, quite a few miles, literally, to save the day in his time off).

Excellent property great friendly and helpful staff…good restaurant and nice pool…great location and safe parking…would definitely stay there again…highly recommend!

The property is located away from the hustle bustle of the town and offers extraordinary views. that being said, you have to rely on the shuttle service which was convenient and prompt to get to the town or anywhere as walking is not advisable, having the shuttle service is helpful and necessary. The staff is extremely pleasant, personable and helpful.

The view from the property was good but it was in the area where there was limited transportation to and from hotel, there were hotel shuttles but the times were limited. The ac on the upstairs of the room was broken in the middle of the summer only the downstairs ac was working, it had a nice pool and restaurant with nice view

The property is quite small but that's its charm. The staff are so fiendly and very helpful, they almost become good friends. The rooms are clean and nicley decorated. There is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food and it has a stunning view from the balcony. It's hard to be negative but there are a couple if your being picky. The hotel is situated on the main road so can be a bit noisy. It's located a few miles from the town but there is a shuttle bus that runs you back and forth. Overall we loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help at every opportunity. The view was truly breathtaking, and the property itself struck a perfect balance between comfort and charm—exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for in southern Italy. The food was fantastic, especially the included breakfast. A memorable stay in every way.

Resturant staff and the food were amazing.

This was by far our favourite hotel on our trip! It was clean, quiet, and easy to locate. We cannot say enough positive things about the staff; they were extremely kind and welcoming right from the start! They knew who we were by day one and would greet us each morning at the front desk and breakfast buffet, they knew our coffee order and always had a table set ready for us! The pool was also lovely and had plenty of comfy sun loungers to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. We can’t wait to return in the future!

We had a great time at the hotel it’s gorgeous it has a shuttle and the service is incredible. The only issue my wife had they solved swiftly! Staff is friendly and great service. The hotels location is remote and there are no taxis so American tourists be aware my wife and I do t like to have a scheduled time to deport to get to town so the shuttle isn’t the most helpful.

Although not the easiest to access from the roadway once you did parking was available so convenient for anyone that was driving. The hotel is lovely with possibly the best staff of anywhere we stayed in Italy. They bent over backwards to help out with whatever we needed. We absolutely would stay there again and recommend it to others. Shoutout to Sara & Mirella at reception and Maria in the dining room. They were awesome.

Beautiful property, great views, friendly and helpful staff. We spent 5 nights here and loved it, would definitely come again. We had a sea view room that included a large terrace that is shared with the room next door. The only negative is that the hotel is located just above the main road from Vico Equense to Sorrento so you do have traffic noise with the terrace and balcony doors open and with those incredible views you will have them open. Breakfast was great too.

The view of the Bay of Naples & Mt. Vesuvius from my spacious balcony was amazing ! Food and staff were excellent! Although the hotel had a shuttle, the times for use were limited. We had to often hire a taxis at 25euro 1 way to the town of Vico Equense for dining, shopping & train service. All in all, this hotel was an excellent choice!

The driveway was tricky to get in and out of but not the fault of the hotel that seems to be everywhere in that part of Italy small roads and small driveways if you rent a car make sure they don’t upgrade you to a larger one keep the small one. The view was absolutely beautiful the service by everyone in the restaurant was incredible the breakfast was perfect! Not a single complaint the food was delicious the coffee was excellent and he was perfect!
