Great property with nice food and pool. Really enjoyed being able to do half board as an option!

Lovely hotel and rooms was perfect, living area and sofa all like brand new. Very cosy and modern. Would def be back again.

Hotel overall was great. The rooms were a decent size, a safe was included but you had to pay €15 for the week with a €6 deposit. The pool area was a great size, there wasnt any day time music which was a shame this would have made it perfect. The drinks were reasonably priced. The communal areas were amazing, a shame the bars weren’t open within these areas but they were lovely none the less. An added bonus was check out being 12pm. Overall good value for money and would come again!

Can't relly comment on this specific hotel as we were sent to a sister hotel Ocean View before checkin as Coral Suites & Spa is getting renovated. That hotel was however very clean and comfortable and nicely located closer to Adeje.

Fully manned reception desk, great facilities, very clean and friendly. Well maintained. Good pool area, well equipped gym, lovely bar and lounge area.

A quiet hotel with great staff. We got a free room upgrade! Everyone was very helpful and we are really glad to have been all inclusive guests. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to chill. Close to the beach and shopping centre, very clean. Variety of world foods and good drinks. Everyone speaks at least two languages.

We were delighted to be told on arrival that we had been upgraded to a junior suite with a pool view.....it was a lovely room with great air-con and extremely comfortable beds. Cleaned every day to a very high standard, the room was always cool and inviting to return to after a day on the beach.

Excellent stay once we had checked in, very confused as to why we needed to show paper evidence of booking. We didn’t have this but could show emails , which were eventually excepted.

Close to beaches and restaurants. Very friendly staff from reception to cleaning staff. Very good facilities. Breakfast buffet excellent. (Stay was B&B) Only negative is the waiting time at pool bar due to only one person serving most of the time. View on pool side of hotel good, however on other side the view is of rundown apartments complex and washing line, as well as abandoned hotel complex.

Very nice hotel with helpful cheerful staff. Excellent and plentiful varied menu. Good entertainment but more information on program needed (possibly a poster in lifts ?) All inclusive spirits leave much to be desired but beer and wine OK.

Staff are brilliant, housekeeping have everything spotless, great location, in May the pool was too cold to use. Food super, would go again

Very nice hotel a short walk from the strip and the beach. Very nice pool area and the food is excellent. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely room, big, clean, modern yet right at the front of the hotel and on busy road so very very noisy. Heard every coach picking up and dropping off All through the night, street cleaners starting from early hours, just so noisy. Good selection of food on all inclusive but really poor quality, pasta and pizza always cold. Nothing really went either ie rice but nothing to go with it. Quality of drinks also very poor quality local rubbish. It gave you heart burn if you drank them and staff didn’t know how to make a decent cocktail and actually took offense when we asked them to do it our way. Ended up drinking and eating out it was that bad.

Great hotel clean nice staff .only set back pool in shade for good part of morning and very hard to get bed people put towels out and go off all day.even thought its hotel policy not to allow this happen.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was perfect for us. Rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard. We ate breakfast each morning in hotel and even though we always went last minute always found something to eat. Sun loungers are snapped up quick but with the sandy area and the roof top terrace we were never left without. Excellent hotel would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel and good service. Friendly staff who were happy to help with anything we asked about. It was very clean. The daily cleaning service was thorough. The pool area was nice and well maintained. The area was also well kept, clean and felt safe. It was close enough to all the things we wanted to do - but not too noisy. We recommend getting the pool view room, as it was quieter and sitting on the balcony had a nice outlook. Worth the extra cost. Only complaint was that we had to pay extra for using the safe in the room despite it being listed as including a safe. When we asked at reception we were told that there was a safe as stated, and it didn't specifically say there would be free to use. Maybe technically true, but feel a little tricked there. It also listed having kitchen appliances, beds, air conditioning etc. and obviously we wouldn't have to pay extra to use them. hotels.com should list these extra costs in the description. Otherwise all the ease of use we get from using the service is cancelled out by having to do our own research into the hotels own website and at that point why bother using hotels.com at all? Quite disappointing.

Second visit to Sunprime Coral on a Bed &Breakfast basis,hotel did not disappoint on this visit either, attentive staff in spa, rooms cleaned every day..Everything as it should be. Entertainment on most nights in reception area,

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was quiet and relaxing with comfortable sunbeds. The bar area was lovely and relaxing and the breakfast was good. The balcony was big and there was great air conditioning which was definitely needed. The room was cleaned everyday and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a fantastic location and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the safari area and 10/15 minutes from the veronicas strip. Would definitely return again!

We had a lovely holiday staying at sunprime coral suites. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and modern. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the fact that it was an adults only hotel.
