Never eat breakfast there as to many options close by to try. Had a very tiny cute room. Perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Staff were amazing and friendly, lots of transportation options close by. My room was quiet and clean walls need to be repainted, but over all I was very pleased and would definitely recommend as a solo traveler that is in Lisbon to tour around and is not planing to sit in room all day. Front desk people are very nice, helpful and willing to help out with getting you around the city and feeling conftrable. Very affordable and shower pressure is awesome!

Clean and presentable communal areas and clean room- this hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport stations and stops. Would stay here again.

The bathroom is not cleaned. Room is small.

Hotel is in a good location and staff were very friendly. However the room we had was dated and shabby, though there was evidence of some rooms being renovated. The main problem was the noise. There appears to be no noise insulation and you could here everything that was going on in adjoining rooms. Being woken up at 3 am by copulating couples is not what you want when you need to get up early for a train.

The elevator was not working when we were there.

Small rooms, elevator did not work for 6 days out of 8. We were in a higher floor and take the stairs. Breakfast was mediocre. Not a three star hotel.

The room had no outlets, to charge the phone, only in the bathroom, which caused me to not hear my alarm and be late for a meeting. The bathroom has a weird set up. The door does not open all the way, and you'd have to step into the bathtub, to be able to close the door and have access to the toilet. There are no shower curtains or doors, so the bathroom gets very wet after a shower. The breakfast was not good.

Room was nice, staff friendly and helpful. I would have preferred early check-in but they did stow my luggage and offered me breakfast prior to check-in time, so that was lovely. Good location near the park and metro stop as well. I would consider staying there again.

The staff are helpful and nice, breakfast was great, it's just on our 2day stay the room we got is old and doesn't smell good but we ask to get transfer as we are staying 5 nights and they transfer us right away. I wish I have requested earlier.
