The staff was courteous, the hotel was on the north side of town. The hotel was clean but was not in a very reputable part of town. The room was too hot and there was too much noise outside the building

The hotel upgraded us which was a nice surprise, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Excellent service and rooms!

The room was very nice. Very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only thing that would stop me from giving it five stars is the fact that you do not have any control over the temperature of your room. It was too hot, and we were told to open the window. I would have preferred to just adjust a temperature gauge since after about ten minutes, we were too cold. Temperature was a constant struggle throughout the stay.
