After a long day driving the Hyatt House had everything we needed to relax and refresh. The noon check out allowed for a leisurely breakfast (which was great) exercise in their fitness area and recharge before heading out again.

Clean and great dtagf

I really liked the location. So close to highway exit, easy to park. Close to shops and resturants and they even have a bar with snack (finger food).

Very comfortable room with everything I needed. Also like having a restaurant on site.

I found this to have just about everything you would need within walking distance or a short drive. My room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and professional and it allowed me to setup work during my stay while providing me a great start to my day (Coffee and Breakfast). Was approx 10min from Beacon Train Station. Great location and plan to stay here again when the opportunity arises agan.

Hotel was dirty and rundown

Checking was fast, room was clean, quiet, everything was working fine. Pool and hot tub were good. Breakfast was good, satisfying.

Full-size fridge/freezer was a plus, with a sink in the kitchen and a two-burner stovetop. Nice king bed, but the hideaway mattress in the couch was thin, so not a place for an adult to sleep. Nice shower, and good water pressure. Comfortable couch, and two t.v.'s provides added flexibility for resting entertainment. HVAC was really good!

It was amazing

Location was great, no ice machines-have to go to the bar to get ice. Great staff-bartenders and lady that cleaned the halls in the evening. Bed and pillows are average, breakfast was fine, coffee was boring-1 flavor and only plain creamer, glad room had freezer compartment, thought all rooms had the full kitchen space and couch but did not. Friendly staff was the best part for me

Swimming pool is not clean and there is no wash area.

Front desk personnel are pleasant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is small and now for hanging out than swimming. The hot tub is actually relaxing addition. Free breakfast is edible. My room was out of shower gel. So I washed myself with shampoo. I notified the staff when I was checking out. There's a cracker barrel and a Walmart within a 5-10 minutes walk.

I enjoyed most of my stay however, the common areas need renovation. It smelled a bit old in the breakfast area. It is very dark and needs to be renovated. The house keeper went in my room while I was gone. I didn’t like that because they should give you an option to opt in or out of house keeping. I noticed my sweater was missing after they went in my room. The sweater had sentimental value to me. It was an okay stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional.

The property is in a good location and accessible for shopping and food.
