Staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. Pool area and terrace are beautiful. Location is quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of the vibrant and somewhat crowded city. Yet it is an easy 10 minute walk to the center of town. Breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of choices including a hot grill area for cooked to order omelets and eggs. Breakfast area during our stay was in an open air area terrace with a spectacular view of Sorrento and the Mediterranean. However, If you sit close to the railing, don’t leave your table unattended as we witnessed pigeons swooping in and taking food off plates on tables that were in attended. Based on other hotels in the area I believe we found a great value and would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sorrento.

The staff were amazing the place was beautiful and so close to Sorrento centre without being in it was amazing. The only two things that are a bit of a down side are the pillows could do with being a bit firmer and the coffee with the exception of from the restaurant isn't great. But that is the only downside in honesty the place is amazing and beautiful and the pools are wonderful.

Everything was perfect! The staff was always there to answer any questions and give local recommendations. The hotel was stunning, couldn’t have picked better accommodations to represent Sorrento. The patio/pool views were simply beautiful. The walk to city center was short making the hotel an optimal location! I would recommend to all my friends, family and strangers! Well worth the price point.

I usually do not take the time to complete reviews, even when I really enjoy the location. In this case, I’m anxious to do so, as the Grand Hotel Capodimonte in Sorrento, Italy, is an amazing place. Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, which not only includes our room, but the elevator, restaurant, lawns, etc. The location is amazing – you simply walk about 150 yards down the hill and you’re in the heart of the best shopping and dining in the city. Other hotels are on the strip, but they are “too busy”, and the 150 yard walk is worth it. A 10-minute walk to the marina to catch ferries to Pasitano, Alalfi, Capri, etc., and a 15-minute walk to the bus terminal for additional options. The staff could not have been more friendly. Complimentary breakfast was first class all the way. Our plane left super-early from Naples (1.5 hours away), so we had to leave before breakfast was served. The hotel made us a “travel breakfast bag” to eat on the way to the airport. Incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. One of my finest travel experiences ever. A+++ and highly recommended. This hotel is breathtaking . It’s a mere 7 minute walk to the main square the hotel is beautiful . The staff is amazing . It’s not far from bus loop But would say 15 minute walk with suitcases . Definitely a great place to stay

Everything about this property was great! Our room was great, the staff was nice and helpful. The only thing that would be nice is if the gym opened earlier then 8am.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful we have every stayed in! The grounds were lush, views from our room were breath taking & the staff did everything possible to elevate our stay. We loved the breakfast included, and also thought the location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the main strip of Sorrento. The multiple pools & amenities included took it to another level! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sorrento!

Great Hotel, great staff, great restaurants!

We had such a great stay. The town square is a short 5-7 minute walk. Room service and anything you needed was delivered asap. The staff are so polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Eggs your way, fruits cereals , baked goods. And endless prosecco. Would come back. Room 338 , private great view
