Wonderful stay at this amazing hotel! Perfect location and beautiful beach. Room was super clean and very spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing and lunch at the private beach restaurant was phenomenal. Fantastic and friendly staff, with a special thank you to Emilia and Wissel! Can't wait to be back. Right opposite the private beach, but you still have to pay to use sunloungers and no concession for staying at the hotel. I paid between €25 for half day fourth row to €60 for first and second row. The hotel is dated but comfortable. A/C worked great till the cleaner opened the window and I couldn’t work out why it had stopped. Bed was very comfy. Traditional hotel.. just a couple of mins walk into main area of Alassio. Second stay and we’ll definitely be back again.

Katia at the front desk was great! My minimal use of Italian was fine because she spoke excellent English to explain check-in and the hotel's services. The room was well appointed and balcony overlooking the beach perfect! Hotel seemed to cater to older folks and repeat guests which was fine because we wanted a quiet spot and this was the place. Great location and walking distance to everything in Alassio. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, lunch at the beach restaurant quick, relaxing and delicious, and all the hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating. Noticed other guest reviews complaining about having to pay for beach chairs & umbrellas - knowing that is how it works in Italy that didn't bother us. Its an optional service. We had only intended on staying one night but luckily Katia found us accommodations for the second night, despite hotel being sold out on line. I highly recommend this property for a great stay in Alassio!

Well maintained facilities with exceptional access to one of the best beaches I've been to.

It was nice and comfortable. The service at the breakfast was very friendly although they were busy. At the opposite the reception was quite slow. The cleaness of the room was excellent as we can aspected in a 4 stars. Extra service like the bycicle can to be improve.

Excellent Hotel on the beach front in Alassio. Fabulous check in. Service is 5 star maybe even 6 star.,,,, Clean spacious room with balcony and stunning views. Breakfast is great! Easy parking. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful time here for two nights in January.I have stayed here several times and it never disappoints Check in was very good fast friendly .We had a lovely sea view room which was really comfortable,the bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped.The whole Hotel is clean and well appointed.Staff are very professional and helpful Breakfast was very good ,a good choice of hot and cold food and lovely fresh fruit and breads. I highly recommend this hotel. In great area and because of time of year parking free and easily found , not the case in summer!

Excellent Hotel, with good facilities, lovely new swimming pool and great position. Beach facilities were excellent. We did not try the evening meal as there were so many places to eat out

Great stay. Excellent location and very helpful staff. I was disappointed that the beach closed early and opened late in the morning as that meant we had very little time on the lovely private beach. Local public beach is very close so not a major problem. We shall definitely return. Lovely sea view. No major issues at all.

Very pleasant 4* hotel in a pretty seaside , with all the advantages of being in a Italy, plus the beach. No disappointments whatsoever, impeccable service. Only one surprise: particularly expensive daily rate for beach access - could have been better announced.

A very personal hotel with great service and atmosphere, located by the beach and close to the bars and restaurants. The staff was very service minded. The breakfast was outstanding! We were lucky to get an upgrade with view over the sea and the mountains. Our best recommendations for a visit in Alassio.

Check in was good. We were given an upgrade do we had a lovely room. Breakfast was ok but nothing great. We were charged €20 for our 2 small dogs at check out. We were told this was for a cleaning fee. Highway robbery!!! We left the room spotless. Also this information was not on hotels.com on my booking page. Not impressed at all. Spoilt our weekend.

Nice hotel esp. location, outside breakfast gazebo was great.For a 4 star hotel in Italy, food was below par, except for pastry .We found the room for 2 people quite small and our window was looking at scaffolding. TV tiny .Lobby decoration not same as add. Extras(beach chairs, towles ,parking )expensive. I give it a 3star.

Had a great four nights - room very comfortable and close enough to walk everywhere but far enough out of the very busy and noisy promenade. View from balcony window fantastic.
