No elevator. 2 flights to rooms. Staff wouldnt help with luggage.

The room could really use some renovation. It was frustrating that they have issue with hot water. I arrived around 9:30pm and had to wait 45 minutes to check in, as the staff member explained he was alone and doing his best to serve everyone. Since I had paid in advance, I didn’t have many options during that waiting time. The room was quite noisy, with sounds from the street constantly coming in. It was also very cold, and unfortunately, neither the air conditioning nor the heater was working, even though options were available. It was a disappointing experience that almost affected our Venice tour. We also found a mosquito in the room, along with stains on the carpet, dust on the bed, and some hair in the bed as well. I understand how these issues can be upsetting during a trip, and I hope these comments help improve the experience for future guests.

Building is too old. You have to walk on stairs , no elevators. Very small room.

The receptionists were always attentive and kind. The room was clean and we were able to enjoy our trip as the location was only a few minutes from the Venice S. Maria station.

Great location, the room carpets and wallpaper badly require to be replaced otherwise all good

The hotel was lovely. I had a nice room with air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a great shower! Also very quiet. The staff at reception were very friendly a kind. I would definitely stay there again.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the train station Santa Lucia (less than 5 mins walk) and Piazza Roma where you can get buses to the airport. I thought it was a great value hotel but please note that breakfast is €10 per person per day. We decided to take this

I booked this hotel because of the location and photos on the web. I was choked when I arrived to she over 20 steps to access to the entry to the hotel( no photos or any info on the web about it ). I was travelling with my 80 years old mother and I was trying to avoid stairs at all cost. And I had to go all the way up with the heavy luggage. There was a lift to the room after another 8/9 steps more. Breakfast was good.

Great walking location near train station and the grand canal.

This was an adequate clean 3 star hotel…

Not handicap accessible at all. Room was on the 4th floor. 70 steps up and down each trip with luggage.
