The property is immaculate with fantastic amenities for families. The pool is fantastic. They have a regular large pool, kids pool, open air heated pool different from regular pool and open air jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi. They also have cycling, cricket, Golf, badminton and host of other activities to keep kids and adults busy. The property is overall very beautiful and great for morning runs or just a stroll. They also have direct access to benaulim beach. The food overall is great in taste but I believe the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet lack in variety for a properly of this class. Almost every other property in this class had a larger spread. No complains on quality, taste and service though. The extra bed is exorbitantly priced at ₹ 4000++ per night. The kind bed is big enough though.

Wish cud write lot better. But service was not up to the mark. Really getting disappointed with Taj day by day.

It was a great holiday. Enjoyed the amenities.

I did not see lot of North Indian food

Perfect stay, beautiful gardens, very clean hotel, the staff work meticulously to keep it all looking at its best. The food was delicious throughout all restaurants, and excellent service from the staff in those restaurants, in particular Renolta in the lobster village bar, she remembers our drinks each time & gives excellent service.

Lovely hotel with great facilities, including a large pool and access to a clean beach. My only small criticisms is that there is no evening entertainment at the hotel and everyone disappears after dinner. There are now few western tourists staying at the hotel and so the food (very spicy!) and limited activities are aimed at the domestic market.

Should fix TV accessibility viewing from Beds in all rooms

I stayed here with my wife and it was a wonderful experience for us as a couple. The room was excellent and the property itself is beautiful. We especially loved the ocean view room, which had an amazing view. The beach was also stunning and very relaxing. Overall, it was a great choice for our stay and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Clean, spacious room, friendly and attentive staff. The pool was temperature controlled and newly renovated. We had an excellent time here! The breakfast was excellent and the variety on offer was exceptional.

The surroundings were magnificent and the service is excellent. It is a pity that the food and the event’s programme (things like yoga & gym) do not match these high standards. Overall is it worth the cost - I ask myself?

Property is very dated and in need of refurbishment and food was extremely disappointing. The only reason I’m even giving any stars is because of concierge Sonali and her tireless work to make our stay convenient.

In Room Dining would Always forget something or the other

Room was okay - not luxury. Limited restaurants. Only one restaurant with reasonable selection of dishes. Not much activities and very limited public transportation available near the hotel. A shuttle service to some sites where public transportation is easily available would have been helpful.

Never recommend this hotel. Very poor hospitality by staff. Never co operate with customers situations. Room service was poor. Did not change towels. We used wet used towels next day . Check in was so stupidly done. Hotel was vacant still gave us very bad location room. Lied about occupancy. And made money changing us additional 30000 rupees per night giving president suite , saying that they don’t have any deluxe room available. We checked and plenty of rooms were available. Also no facilities on the beach even we were ready to pay for chairs and umbrella. We haven’t been on the beach for five days. Just wasted our vacation staying only in room. No sitting even in lawn. Diwali celebration was poorly done. No chairs in lawn to sit. Cheap hotel in facilities and killing us in amount
