Great hotel and easy access to the train station for Stockholm centre

The area was safe, quiet, food options and transportation is conveniently located nearby, however the rooms were too warm. My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms, and all 5 were warm. We attempted to adjust the air conditioning and were told by staff that it couldn’t be adjusted, only 1 fan was offered for relief. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the rooms serviced, we indicated yes and then no one serviced the rooms. When we asked about it the next day, we were told that since we are checking out the following day, it won’t be done, which is why we wanted it done the previous day. Some were told that we had to reserve tables for breakfast, while others were not given that information. The staff were friendly enough, but actual assistance was lacking.

Short break to attend the adjacent convention centre. Great location for access to the convention centre and links to train station. Hotel was clean and well presented, room clean and tidy and good facilities. Breakfast buffet selection good and restaurant and bar areas well maintained.

I Stayed for two days with my family, the room was small, the sink was clogged, breakfast was good, public transportation was near by, overall not worth the money that I've paid, not recommended

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. Room was a little outdated but clean. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is good.

This was one of the worst Scandic hotels. Very poor service, we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was cleaned only once that too we had to request them multiple times. The flush in the washroom was broken and we had to ask them to fix that and it took us to call them multiple times to fix that. The Roof top bar never even opened once even though it was supposed to one two out of three days of our stay. We went to the lobby restaurant on our first night and service was terrible. We sat at our table and no one came to ask us for water or even give us the menu. Eventually I had to get up and order the food at the bar. Overall the experience was horrible, never coming back to this property again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a large variety. Everything was clean and we had no issues. Two things to be aware of: 1) They ask you to reserve for breakfast the night before so they can appropriately prepare (very reasonable ask) and 2) the shower got water everywhere, so be mindful of that while in there. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location for the Stockholm Exhibition Centre and a walking distance from train station. A very warm and friendly Hotel. Reception, breakfast and evening meal staff very courteous and professional. Room was very comfortable, fresh and clean.

Great experience for 2 nights, safe for solo travelers, very convenient to train station (5m walk), breakfast provided and incredible large selection (all fresh, high end products, all sorts of dietary needs). Staff very friendly, rooms superb, clean hallways and quiet at night for a restful time. Would highly recommend it.

Great for a long stay in terms of daily breakfast, quiet rooms, and nice staff. However, kids were in the gym almost every night and sometimes unattended. Not safe or responsible. Pet friendly rooms, but we had to throw away litter in trash cans outside. Super odd.

It was easy to access conference centre as well as easy access to stockholm centre.

Very friendly, professional staff. Excellent breakfast. Next to the Convention Center. Walkable distance to the commuter train station. Close connection via commuter train to the Central Train Station.
