Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast food was great! Even allowed after hour use of some snacks. Minor maintenance issues need attention. And matricee springs too soft and worn out on edges.

Blinking red light on phone came on continuously - it lit up the room and made sleeping very difficult. Hotel staff were told and they stopped the light … but only temporarily before the light reappeared and flashed the rest of the stay.

The room was not clean. Cigarette buds in the window, dirty stains on doors and carpet. The tub/shower sounded like it was going to fall thru the floor. Dirty and old toilets and other items in the room.

For me having the advertised airport shuttle was important when staying at an airport hotel. Their shuttle was not available but they did try to make it available so props for that. Overall it was a hotel in rough shape with hard beds. Would not stay again.

The hotel experience was pretty average, but there were definitely some weird parts. The staff was very nice, the price was great, and it had everything I needed (pool, WiFi, breakfast.) The downsides: the shower was very old, lots of cracks, leaky faucet, and the shower curtain hanger was broken and nearly falling off the wall, though the water was hot and had lots of pressure; the carpets were clearly stained and could use a shampoo; the tv was very old though it had an accessible hdmi port which was nice; lastly, the bedding was clean, though stained, and the mattresses were uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was what I paid for.

I was bit by spiders 3 separate times. And my stay was 12 nights, i wanted to check out 1 day early to travel home and be with my family. My fater in law was put on hospice and has only a few days. The hotel management would not gonor that request. I was given hotel managers name and number, i called her many times and left message with front receptionist, to giver her a message to call me, no luck. EXPEDIA is trying to help resolve the issue, but no word yet.

This was such a terrible stay and i had high hopes after staying in a country inn & suites that was spectacular in Wisconsin. There were hidden charges that weren’t explained fully. The front desk staff was not friendly and would handle incoming calls and dispatching their driver before addressing the guest standing in front of them. I was told the pet friendly rooms did not have working TV’s. I asked for reduction in pet fee because of this and was denied. The trash was over flowing in the lobby both days. Would be very cautious before staying here.

We were here for 3 days for the funeral of a family member. The hotel was older, but the beds were comfortablé. The staff was very helpful even printing us maps of where we needed to go. What was not so great and absolutely no fault of the hotel was the construction around the hotel. It is convenient to restaurants. We would stay here again.

The hotel has not been updated in years. The furniture was badly stained disgustingly. The shower hardly worked, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not functional.

TV remote didnt work. Temp on water ran cold to hot and back in a second. Mini fridge was on the floor. Tiny table for cointer soace in bathroom. Good for a quick economy stay. Definitely not good for a weeks stay. Staff was incredible and friendly

We were not greeted with warm smile. Just glad the rest of the staff were nice but had judgemental stares often. It was awkward sometimes being watched at breakfast time. I expected a smaller deposit and was surprised by the refunding time using a card. The stay here was okay. We enjoyed breakfast the first couple of days but it was the same food items. We decided to go to a nearby restaurant and enjoyed the shopping and other places close to the hotel.

Front desk girl was rude at check in. Breakfast was garbage. My 4 year old accidentally spilled chocolate milk on sheets and I was charged $100.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was great, bed comfy, breakfast was delicious and hot. Will use again!
